The only thing I didn't like was that my cutting mats were package in a smaller box and were rolled up in there. I need them to lay flat and now they are bent and curled up.

I only wish I had tracking information mailed to me sooner and wasn't kept on hold for 45 min- an answering machine to leave a message with a call back number would have been much less frustrating.
I am very happy with orca products and glad that I could purchase them and that they came in a timely manner and boxes are in excellent condition.

Was told that my item would be here Friday May 5th after I purchased on May 2nd didn't receive until May 8th, 3 days to late!

The internet ordering kept stalling out, saying long script. Tried to order Badge Magnets and just kept going round and round and kicked me out.

I love it, works perfect and is in perfect condition except for a little white paint on the cord.

Orders arrive fast and Web site is easy to use.

Everything is fine just got the wrong thing but once I notified you guys you fixed it shipping the right thing. I still haven't found the time to return the wrong item. I do t live near a ups so this will be difficult for me
