I love this website.
The package was prepared for shipment with plenty of time for UPS pickup on Monday, yet the package wasn't presented to UPS until Tuesday causing me not to get my order until after the holiday weekend. I understand you can't control transit times, but I lost three days of productivity because you took your time getting the package to UPS. Your prices are the best around, but I now know after two orders that I can't rely on your service for any kind of tight deadline.
I have been waiting and all I received is my lazor...not happy at all.
Of the three items listed in the order, only one have been received, still don't know where the other two are. I am now waiting for them, otherwise I will call you if I don't receive the order this week.

For convenience, I made two purchases with you, I called to be sure that the product was in LaBrea, CA, the representative told me that you have in stock and would send it on the day that I spoke, was Friday, I had to deliver this order on Monday, and you sent until Tuesday, I lost my sale!. The next monday I made the purchase of the cups I never get the shipping notification, we call on Tuesday to know when it would arrive and the representative checked the computer and did not find if it had already been sent or when they would send it! And we received them until Friday "4 days to delivery"!
I have ordered from other companies that are out of state and my orders I receive in 2 or 3 days!
Maybe I will not use your services again!

The quick turnaround and price was good. My paper was bent at one corner. Just would like to make sure the corner is not bent and all of them were bent.
My order took 3 days to ship, Still haven't received it. Hat to get the vinyl locally. I ended up missing my deadline and taking a financial loss.
