I'm just beginning with this project and was led here. So far able to read about the press and now just waiting for it to arrive. Just got it have not opened the box yet but so far so good

You are asking me to rate my experience when your website still shows that the order is processing ~ it's been a week. I know the product is good because this is a re-order. I've never had to wait this long, so I will probably start going to another company unless this company can start communicating better. Don't offer sales if you don't have the product to ship immediately. I feel scammed.

Shipping time was horrible, didn't come with a tracking number until I emailed the company. Unsure if I will buy from again.

Everything I've ordered so far has been good quality. The videos are helpful as well. Completely satisfied.

Ordered May 23rd and still haven't received as of May 30th one item we've ordered.
No notification on whether the order will be sent or not too.
Wish someone could have contacted us and let us know what is going on.
