The product is great, but the condition was sub par. There were scratches on the metal, and as a result I can't use a few of them.

Loved all my product after I recieved it.

Was ordered over holiday said it would take few extra days to ship. It took longer but after I called it was at my house the next day. Great considering it was a down time and a lot of orders to be filled.

I can't be satisfied more with "HPN".Along with my heat press arriving in express delivery the customer service agents are very professional and helpful with all the products they sell.I wouldn't hesitate to shop here again.

Pricing is good, products are great quality, but when ordering something that can bend or ripped when it is for showing customers, should be shipped in something more sturdy
