I am usually very happy with my shopping experience on heatpressnation.com However there are times when I need expedited shipping on certain products, and more often than not, this option is unavailable due to the Siser Easyweed vinyl being in another location. Also, it would be nice to see CAD-CUT® 3M Scotchlite 5807 Heat Transfer Vinyl on the site, so I would not have to purchase it from another vendor.

Great delivery time. Everything was in tack and well inside package. Press works very. Very pleased with the overall experience with heat press nation.
This was a nightmare to start with. I ordered what looked to be a quality heat press from world wide papers in early December, the press arrived damaged, I sent it back and another one was sent to me, it arrived dammaged, I was told I had to take the control panel off and send it to them, they would fix it and send it back. The phone number you call for help/customers service goes to voice mail. 'This magic jack customer unavailable please leave a message.' I was eager to get my new DTG printer in production but I could not take orders without a good heatpress. Long story... Anyway, the HPN signature series was my second choice so I ordered it. What I discovered was a company that has a passion for their customers and only sells proven quality stuff. My press was delivered in less then a week, It was so well packaged that I bet this press could have been dropped 30 feet and not been damaged. This press was cheaper than the WWP press but came with extras perks, I believe I got exceptional value for the price. So thank you for putting an end to my month long heatpress drama.
Overall great experience!
Shopping was easy. The package was lost because it was delivered to the wrong address by UPS. I am thankful that after three days the receiver (after they opened the package) brought it to the correct address. UPS was NOT helpful in finding the package. The customer service rep was EXCELLENT and worked hard to ensure that I would receive my product. I will be purchasing more product from Heat Press Nation because I am sure they WILL deliver!

I docked 3 stars because there was not a shipping confirmation on the order. I live in a decent area, so nothing happened to packages, but I would much rather have known they were arriving so that I could be there for the delivery.
