Great so far, haven't used my heat press yet to determine if it works properly.

Was disappointment product did not come with ink or small amount of paper to get started. Instruction were good for setup. No instruction for the mug press, which is diappointing, and having issues learning to set temp and time.

Website was easy to browse, broke down all the specs, and made you aware of the advantages and disadvantages of one product over another.

The tape that I have came from Heat Press Nation and I thought that the tape would fit the dispenser perfectly, however, the insert that goes into the center of the roll of tape is small. So in order to keep the roll of tape in place I had to wrap 2 rubber bands around the plastic insert before putting the tape on it, still not perfect but it works so far.

Overall experience was great.I plan on continuing using this site as my number 1 supplier.

Worked as advertised. My wife has had no problems doing her shirts. Set up was easy if you just read the instructions which my wife is not proned to do. Ordered right before Christmas 2017 and was worried if I ordered soon enough for her Christmas present. Shipped next business day and received just in time.

I have conflicting info on the shoe attachment. Does it fit the 12x15 or not? I would have liked it as part of the package or discounted if it is a serviceable attachment.
