For the price, this is an amazing plotter! We tried very complicated, and detailed designs and this plotter did not disappoint. Would highly recommend to other shops and people!

I was not impressed with the first email I received from Customer service, but after I emailed again, things went very well with customer service.

It worked great for the first few shirts. The timer and counter already quit working. A mere inconvenience maybe but for what it cost I would expect features to last longer. After 20-30 shirts I had to add parchment paper in addition to the Teflon sheet because it is marking my shirts with the previous transfer used. Already ruined 3 shirts
