Website hard to use. My items were in my cart then they were gone when I try to look at other items

Had an issue with addresses because I was sending a plotter as a gift to someone so naturally their address doesn't match my card address. Customer service was super helpful and their gift arrived super quick. Thank you.

Ordered 50yard roll of vinyl. Did not find out until in the middle of the roll the vinyls was messed up. Wrinkles and creases all over the roll. Had to cut alot of the pieces off in order to make clean cuts. About 1/4 of the roll was like that. Unsatisfied with the product, not HPN. Wish HPN had quality control.

So far so good, site easy to use, hoping shipping isn't a issue

Overall great product

I was online looking for a press, I had questions on a certain one, the phone rang twice, a real live person answered, helped me with my decision, and I made an online purchase...easy as that. Happy Wife, Happy Life! I have a feeling that the wifey might give me smooches tonight...I won't shop anywhere else.

I absolutely love love love my new heat press! I had tried a cheaper press off Amazon and learned the hard way you get what you pay for. I use this model at least every couple days and could not be happier! Thank you for having such amazing products!

My husband called before we purchased to ask questions and the representative was very knowledgeable and made our decision to purchase that much easier.

The web site is easy to navigate and logical. Prices for products are reasonable, although shipping costs for a case of mugs is high. Understandable due to it's bulk and weight. Shipping was a disaster but not the fault of this company.

There were so many things to choose from. This is my first time ordering and the prices are pretty descent.

I rec'd products as described. Although it seems to have taken longer. I rec'd the customer satisfaction survey before the product arrived.
It would be great if there were a local pick up locations available. The cost of S/H is discouraging however small businesses need their supplies.

Just not as heavy as the one that came with the machine, not happy with the thinnest of it.
