Great pricing
I've been very pleased with heatpress nation. Especially their customer service. When I received my heatpress it would not work I called and they were very helpful at troubleshooting the issue. Offered me a replacement machine but we had found it was just a loose wire. They overnighted a replacement wore to me at no cost and sent very detailed hot to video on how to install. The press works like a charm now. Best press I've had so far.
Cheap and flimsy heat press. Not worth the money. Handle grip broke off after a few times of use.

It was a rough start, first time buyer and did not really understand why the press would not heat up and instructions did not specify to keep settings on LO position for it to heat up. Customer service was very helpful and i am very satisfied with the purchase. I can't wait to use the other accessories that came with pkg.

Was very pleased
The whole order wasn't shipped the first time, the second order never showed up. When I called the second time, I was told that sometimes orders don't always get scanned in by UPS. I waited longer than my original order and everything, I was really patient. You shipped out another order overnight and I got it. Just as an FYI, I never received order number 2 and feel like I was not taken care of properly over the phone.
