Easy and quick

Every time I order from Heat Press Nation I have to expect it will take a week for my order to arrive. I don't pay overnight delivery from other companies and their shipment never takes as long as Heat Press Nation. 5 days maximum and in most cases 3-4 days.

Our press was delivered, but we were not notified as to when it was shipped and it was delivered on Friday after we left to go out of town. So the box set outside over the weekend and it rained on it, so I don't have a box if I were to need to send it back. I could have arranged to have it put inside had we received an email letting us know it had shipped, not after the fact.

I never received a shipping confirmation of my order as indicated.

Good experience just wish I can get someone who new what part number for a extra cutting strip to have a extra on hand. Apparently no one knows.

Ordering was simple. The heat press has done great for me so far. Definitely better than the last one I bought. Just praying it lasts a lot longer

I didn't get what I thought I was getting... I needed a wireless colored printer and I got the total opposite... I may have overlooked the details or the advertisement may have been misleading I'm not sure. Anyway I'm stuck with what I got and be making payments for the next year!
If you check my correspondence with Heatpress Nation you'll see I've had issues and I'm still not a happy camper!

Delivery took longer than expected. But when it finally arrived it was packaged perfectly and easy to set up. Works great. I love it so far! Had to call customer service first day because my machine beeped constantly! Wouldn't stop!
They told me to open the clamshell lid and leave it open unless in use. The beeping stopped immediately. My bad lol

It was great. Products came in a timely manner and we're packaged carefully with supplemental items. My black series heat press works great and is of high quality.
