It was great. However this is the third mug order I think for me and again like three or four cups are cracked and broken.
Shipping cost are confusing on this website. It always says something more expensive which makes me not want to complete the transaction. So if $29.95 is accurate shipping fees for items that are 10.00 than I won't be shopping with you guys again. This sucks because I like your prices.
Missing parts to the clock and the paper I received is different then the one pictured and no answers on my customer support questions

You charged my card two weeks before sending anything out. Then shipped it in two different shipments a week apart without any notification. This would be against the law if your company was located in Minnesota.
Would have given 5 stars had product not been damaged during shipping and plywood not been so difficult to remove.
