Wish mugs didn't take so long to get here from the West Coast and shipping was cheaper on them.

I purchased the Impress 15x15 heatpress due to a recommendation. Now I wish that I had gotten the 16x20 signature series. I was told that it would be a great entry level but the recommendation was based on their preference and not my need. The sale price was great but I would have rather paid more for what I needed. Sending it back would cost me more than what I am willing to pay. Lesson learned...sometimes the experts make mistakes too.
My review is only based on my buying experience and not the product. I haven't had sufficient time with the product to give a good review. I will add that later. My experience however with the process of buying was less than par. I purchased it in mid November and received my product just a few days before Christmas. There was an issue with verifying my account, however no one from HPN reached out to me. I had to reach out 2 times by email no 2 times by phone before I received an explanation. I was displeased that I had to reach out to find out why my order wasn't processing. They took the money out of the account then ignored my inquiries for a week before someone finally helped. I figured once that was resolved the press would ship. Well it took another 2 weeks from that point for the press to actually ship. So one star for service. Which is unusual given that the reason I went with HPN was based off all the good costumer service reviews. Hopefully the product will make up for it.

Shipping took way longer than I expected. I really need my vinyl quickly so I'm going to try purchasing again after the holidays to see if that played a part. If its still not fast I will probably use another company for delivery reasons. Other than that I was very happy with the products I received.
