Arrived quickly.

Everything was great, my package came in about two or three weeks ground shipping so I was glad it didn't take too long. The product of Paropy's paper is awesome as well it is my favorite to use.

I thought the press included the 4 various sizes for the mugs, etc. They did not come with this purchase when it was delivered.
For the price I paid, I thought they were included.
I have not heard any information regarding this.

When making purchase, there was no mention of the item being on backorder. It wasnt until I messaged asking about the order was I told it was back ordered. Messaged again a week later asking about tracking only to have a label printed after I messaged. The lack of communication is disappointing.

Ordered product on Black Friday hoping to receive it in time for Christmas. I was told it was out of stock, but it would ship as soon as it was available. It made itnin time and my wife LOVES it! She was able to use it to finish up some Christmas gifts. Great price, great features and well made.

I ordered the Silhouette Cameo 3 along with some accessories. Everything arrived just as ordered. Shipping took about 2 1/2 weeks. That was a little slow in my opinion. But overall very good customer service.

Easy purchase process and quick shipping however getting the pressure correct so that the auto close feature works still remains to be seen. Purchased to make the process easier and so far it's actually been harder. Here's to hoping support will help that to change.
