I haven't used my heat press yet but it was delivered to my house within 24 hours. I am super happy with my order and will order again.

Order took longer than a month. Product was over priced. Disappointing experience.
Delivery was slow. I was told by online chat customer it would be delivered in 4-5 days but it took over a week. If you don't know delivery timeframes don't give a bogus timeframe. Was a big disappointment to not have enough time to construct our projects in time for a trip.
Good quality products - I like that I can get small quantities of the HTV at a good price. Customer service is excellent.

I purchased the heat press on Nov 23. It was damaged when I received it. I called and chose to return heat press and have another shipped. December 27th and I still have not received a heat press. I called customer service and they said they had just received the other press back. I was told that by customer service, when machine was picked up that another would be shipped immediately. They are suppose to be shipping a new press out.
I placed two orders in a week's time. That was a month ago. For one order, I was sent the wrong item. Still no resolution. For the other order, they sent half. After contacting them a month later, they tell me that the item is backordered. Why couldn't someone just let me know that? Why can't I receive the item that I paid for in the other order? Or get a real response? Their customer service is terrible and I will NEVER order from them again.
When free shipping is available I love it!
I am new to this whole business. I have spoke to customer service via instant message. They told me this 16x20 signature series was about the best they offered. I will try it out and return with feedback..
I was happy with my overall experience, however I wish the heat transfer would be delivered faster than 7+ days
