I had issues with delay shipping from the holidays and weather but Kris was excellent with customer service and made it right in every way possible.

The overall experience was good. The only problem we had was there was no notification that our entire purchase was not going to be shipped at the same time. We had orders to fill and had to wait another week for the second shipment.

The stransfer to cotton paper is Horrible. I followed everything to the T and It damaged 4 shirts

Everything went as expected except it took a month to get the magazine. By the time I got it, christmas was past and the content was really no longer relative.

So far so good. Now if the products and customer service are good as well, I'll be a customer for life.

Update: My press doesn't heat evenly and the thermostat is 10 degrees cooler than it says it is.

Some of the siser easy weed htv was just that, easy weed & good stuff.
A few rolls i recieved were beyond tough to weed let alone use! I just tossed them cause they were trash quality, impossible to weed and wouldn't transfer after one press
