Overall I'm pleased. Very good customer service. I wish there was a little more instruction for unboxing. I wasn't sure about taking the wood piece off the bottom. I also wonder about how to open without setting the timer.

When I first got my order I opened the box and the heat press was broken. I guess it happened during the shipping process. This was a big disappointment but all the resp were very nice and arranged the return shipping on the broken one and had a new one out. The added extra week before I had a working press was annoying but the reps made the process very smooth. I received my new press and it works great.
The mugs were exactly what I needed.
