My order had been delayed longer than expected, so I called customer service and they were able to come up with a solution and ship me a different product that still met my needs, and I had it in 2 business days.I love a company who has excellent customer service and they went above and beyond that. I'm very pleased and will be ordering again in the future.
Fast shipping, heat stays pretty constant only varying ups and down by a couple degrees. I highly recommend this heat press. One thing, the powder coating was cracked and peeling in two places. Nothing to call the company about, but still annoying. This does not affect heat press working.

Delivery time was a bit later than they originally told me, maybe a week. I had to keep calling to see what was going on.
Did not ship out when customer service stated he had. Shipping took longer than expected!
