Good quality material and good customer service, delivery was okay takes a little too long for things to be delivered but is ok, will need to give some discounts to customers, like show some appreciation once in a while or so.

Always get great customer service when I order!

There was a problem with the shipping (order got lost when changing shipping companies) and when notified that I hadn't received my product, product was shipped overnight and I was refunded my shipping cost, even though I said they didn't need to do that, that I understood things happen.

Pretty nice of them.

Need better communication, especially around delivery. I did not receive delivery notification when I called that was advice of something totally different. I was told my package is coming from California however it came from New York and was received a day earlier than what the phone rep told me. The package isn't delivered until two days after I placed the order.

Check out was straight forward and no bs. Hope the product is as easy to use as the website! Packaging was in really bad shape by the time I got it. Also, it didnt come with an instruction manual.

I haven't taken it out the box to try it as of yet. So I can't really give a review as to how well it works. Once I do I'll come back and update my review.

My order came in about a week. I did have to tighten the screws on my press. But, over all my press works great and I use it daily.

Not enough information comes with it to set up and work it. You have you YouTube everything about the product I'm not happy still haven't figured out how to use it...
