I am thoroughly impressed overall with the experience of buying my new Craft Pro 15x15 Heat Press! The shipping time was excellent, the press was packed PERFECTLY for shipment and the press itself is INCREDIBLE. The quality of this press is outstanding and the results I get with it have changed the game for me. Everything I press comes out BEAUTIFUL and professional looking every single time, and I can calibrate the pressure to accommodate the substrate upon which I'm pressing. I will only shop at HPN for my heat press needs from here on out!

Your customer service was immaculately implemented on small but very intimate scale that leads me to believe that on a grander scale it is exactly the same no matter the scale. You guys provided me with the option to pick it up at one of your warehouses, specifically the Fullerton warehouse, where all five of the workers took my info to lookup, locate, pull, and load my purchase with a almost machine like rhythm with a level of human kindness which changed my entire outlook on a warehouse labor shattering all my preconceived biases. Furthermore, the man whom responded to my phone call offered to help me with learning how to operate my machinery on his own time which i told him is not necessary but the offer was so grand he should be given some sort of merit for his personal effort to advance your companies reputation. My personal opinion is one where if i were the owner of this company i would do whatever it took to retain all these employees with a fear of losing a labor force most companies would be envious of their uncanny loyalty towards maximizing your company's efficiency, customer service, and overall reputation.
