Didn't qualify for the free shipping
I placed an order but it never shipped due to an address mismatch. I had to have them cancel my purchase because I will not be in the same state by the time the item ships. Super inconvenient and has made me lose money in the process. Plus now I have to wait who knows how long to get my refund and still place my order because I obviously still need a press. So double the money gone from my account plus the money I lost out on.
I started buying from your company because I like the quality of the cups. However the last shipment of mugs I had 7 broke cups. The cups were singled boxed unlike the first cup shipment. I did get a refund for 4 of the cups but I missed 3 of the cups. A refund does not help when I need to fill an order though. Other than getting the cups to us in one piece we do love the product and had planned to do more business in the future.

The service on both sales and support were excellent. When I had a problem setting up the press support got back to me right a way and resolved the issue. The sales staff were very helpful with questions and providing stock times. I would recommend using heatpressnation over other vendors because of the service before and after the sale.
Customer service is very helpful! My only problem was trying to use a gift card (which is an option) but it did not work. I was advised to call the Gift card company to register the card and it worked! Thank you Amanda from customer service
