Online booking process was quick and easy. Once I received my confirmation, I had several questions, as well as needing to change the date to outgoing port so I would receive my car a week sooner. Emily C from Customer Service contacted me, answered all my questions, assisted with changing the date and my car arrived on time! I am very pleased and would recommend Hawaii Car Transport.

The website is simple, straightforward, and works very well.

I remember in the rules of recommendation that you need to have 6inches above ground, I am curious if you are aware of the vehicle when I wrote down my car information.

Car arrived a few days late but communications were good.

It would be good if you provide a better map of the Oakland dock area to get to 1425 Maritime Blvd. I took BART to Oakland City Center and then a taxi from there. Even though I had printed out a Google map, the taxi driver had a hard time finding the address.

The overall process was great and simple.

Website easy to navigate but does not list a drop off location

No problem

We had problems contacting the Honolulu office. No one answer and no one called back after messages were left. The did eventually call but it was days later. I did not appreciate that.
