Easy to book. Good service from Ryan LaRocca. We were warned by friends about theft for cars being shipped to Hawaii from Washington, and chose your company instead of friends' choice and were happy to have our wheels arrive in great shape, and small amount of tools left in vehicle were still there. Overall, good experience.

We found the experience with Hawaii Car Transport to be incredibly easy, all staff were knowledgeable and professional. The directions to both the Honolulu and Oakland Facilities of Horizon Lines were flawless and once we arrived we were driving away within 10 minutes!

Easy, convenient. However, they did damage my car when I shipped from California to Hawaii (much cosmetic damage) and some minor damage when I shipped back from Hawaii to California. On the first trip, I didn't have money or time to get a quote to fix my car and was unable to submit a claim.

There was a delay in getting my car on the boat and was not notified right away and never got an explanation as to why. I would use them again but know that the delivery date is an estimate only.

Dropping off the car in Hawaii at the office was very stressful, had a lot of workers, but there was no directions on what you were to do, I had three people helping me and I never knew who to turn paperwork back too. And parking my car was stressful the lot was full and the workers in the lot were yelling at me to move my car still not sure what I was supposed to do. In Tacoma the pick up was so easy and stress free!

I will definitely use them again. Shipped both of my cars with them, No problems. The girls in the office in Oahu really know their stuff. They have you in and out in a matter of minutes. Have 2 more cars to ship and will be happy to Hawaii Car Transport.
