Contacted customer service last week for assistance on the product and she (unfortunately I don't recall her name) was very informed and helpful.
I usually have my online orders shipped to my office location since I am not home when delivery is made. I tried to use my personal credit card but since it has a different address than my office address, your site would not process my order. I am OK with that since you are trying to eliminate fraud. I stated that I wanted a call from customer service so that I could finish processing my order on Monday, **.**.**, but no one called.\r\n\r\nSo today, I just used my company credit card and my order was processed.
Very satisfied with the product and it came quickly which surprised me very much. Put the valances up the next day and the rods were perfect.
