Shopping for product was very convenient but took longer to receive the product than I thought it should. Received it on November 29th at 6:30 p.m.
The ash vacuum cleaner is light, easily transportable, much quiter than expected, very simple to use, and, above all, very efficient. In addition can be used as a normal vacuum cleaner as well as a blower (!). One negative note: the small brush is of questionable utility for a fireplace pellet insert. It would be more useful a small diameter vacuum tip instead. Over all a very good buy for the price: Who needs a $***.** ash vacuum cleaner?

I had a very good experience. I needed rubber feet for some chairs to protect a wooden floor. As usual, it's hard to know exactly what you're getting when you're buying a specific sized item that you cannot touch beforehand. Big-box and little hardware stores don't have these items in-stock or even online! However, having found the exact size via careful measurement, the product I purchased was a perfect fit for my chairs. The black rubber feet are of high quality and do not leave any marks on the wooden floor. Also, the packaging was easy to open (I ordered 25 sets of 4) so I didn't go crazy when it came time to actually use all of them!

Confused about choosing shipping until after paypal

I didn't realize that I could choose the lower cost shipping method after returning from Paypal which had assumed a higher cost shipping method. That was confusing.

A bit confusing on checkout, but I figured it out
This survey program seems to not be working correctly. Over all I give a four out of five star for most of the questions a five star for delivery time. I was hoping the inner area of the steel rings would have been smooth where welded as the welding area at the seam is rough for some of the rope that is threaded through the rings. But your price was fair when looking at the overall market price for similar rings. You had the inner diameter sizes I needed where a couple other sites did. I would recommend you to anyone I know who is working with rope slings, etc.
Window sash locks worked perfectly for wrought iron entry door windows. Could not find this hardware easily locally without a lot of driving around and higher prices.
Spent a lot of time looking on your site for "oval" style weld on barrel hinges before I discovered them at my local steel suppliers.
