I notice a name change from Happy to Happie. I selected whichever it is as there were reviews unlike most of the online pharmacies. Almost all of them have Scam alerts as there are no reviews. The reviews that I read were positive and mostly from folks living in the USA. Finding a doctor as well as a pharmacy that prescribes and fills scripts for Ivermectin is challenging. The follow up e-mails from order to delivery are excellent. The time frame of 3-4 weeks was correct. My script came from France.
Placed a sizable order with them. Never received confirmation. Called and spoke to Jennifer - a very dishonest person. I asked for a supervisor, She said she is the supervisor and hung up on me. I called back and unfortunately got her again. She said she was busy and hung up on me again. A scam detecting website: https://www.scam-detector.com/validator/happyfamilymedstore-com-review states this company "It is not on our recommendations list as it has a medium-low trust rank." Boom! I never received my order.
I ordered Finasterid 2 weeks ago and I was amazed of the service and short lead time for the package they sent. Support did everything I get the package on time. 5 star recommendation from my side!
Reliability when buying something online, especially from another country is something you're mostly concerned about. The problem with the Customs is not the seller's fault. In my case, their Customer Service is excellent with prompt response and updates accordingly. The products I ordered are good quality. I trust Happie Family and gave their Customers Services 5 stars!

I ordered August 20th and as of Sept 23rd it hasnt arrived, I called non customer service and was told the last it had been tracked was in India on Aug 30th? I ordered from a company that represented itself as Canadian but ships from India? What a scam

Ordered an antibiotic from Happy Family. Took some time to get it in but quite happy with the product I received. Would not hesitate to use Happy Family to order more products from them.
I tried to place an order twice. Evidently one must place it, enter a payment method, await a call from? (Once the order is approved)…. Then by some magic evidently an order could be filled. And maybe they will email you to tell you they won't fill it. But maybe not.
It's a scam. Do not order from this site.

My order was taking a bit longer to arrive to me so I reached out to Customer Service. They were always kind and available and explained to me that parcels were taking longer to arrive to customers due to shipping delays caused by Covid. That is totally understandable. Every company should have 24/7/365 customer support like them. It is comforting knowing that I can reach out to them at anytime. Great Company!
At first I was skeptical since the reviews here are quite bad, but the meds I wanted were only available there so I have it a try.
Unfortunately, my order was seized by customs... I contacted HFS (contact them by phone!) and they did a reshipment immediately. The second time around, I got it without any problem!
The meds are real (lab test from customs for the first shipment, thank you lol) and are working as expected. Will definitely order ahain
I recently ordered Lexapro from HFS, and had a great experience. At larger order quantities, the price per pill is very cheap, and they even offer free tracked shipping and bonus pills depending on the size or the purchase. 48 hours after payment was approved, I received an email that my order had shipped and was provided the tracking number. For any questions I had about my order, I would receive a response from their support team withing 24 hours.

Happy Fam sent me my order of ivermectin. They arrived in a blister pack (good). But when I opened it I found each pill was a mint. When I informed them, they said I was lying and refused to take it seriously. Their quality control is zero and will get someone hurt some day…Stay away

Answer: I got my money back from Paypal. It takes some doing, but DO IT! First, take the online copy of your USPS tracking you were given as proof of delivery from Happie Family to your post office. Talk to the postmaster, they have an intranet system that will also include exactly where and when the item was delivered and has more information than what you can get online. I'll bet you find out it isn't your address. Ask them to print that for you. Upload a copy of what the USPS gave you (https://paypal.com/il/uploaddoc). Go to Paypal on Twitter - yes TWITTER. It's the only way you can bypass the PayPal algorithm that will automatically process your appeal. Send them a DM telling them that you have uploaded the USPS internal tracking and want your appeal reopened. Then send that form also to paypal to the Twitter DM. Once I did that, I had my money back in 24 hours. If we all do that we should have our money back an they will have a reason to go after Happie Family for fraud. Good luck.
Answer: Impossible, this is a fraudulent company they are thieves. No product they take your money& there is only an email address left that they do not respond to
