They represent as a Canadian company but are not! They stole my money and never gave me a product or a refund! I have proof! They also gave me someone else tracking number! They scammed me! I want to sue
I don't know why they've gotten so many bad reviews on here. They wouldn't even charge my card until I answered their call to confirm the address (they called like 15 times until I realized it was them lol). I had then to confirm again once they were ready to ship. Product came exactly as delivered, sooner than the 2-3 weeks they said it would. The product shipped from Dubai, but was manufactured in India. Works just as well though.

I received my order in less than 2 weeks and was able to track it right up to the minute it was delivered to my door.
I had an issue with delivery of product, wrote to the support folks, and they were able to resolve by re-shipping the product. It then arrived quite quickly and the product is great! Will be doing more purchases with them.

If you do the least research, you can't say you were not warned that Happy Family Store is a COMPLETE RIP OFF! The "good" reviews are fake and posted by them. Not rocket science.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU GIVE THEM EVEN ONE PENNY OF YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL GET TAKEN... If there were a rating of minus 10, I would've given them that.
I bought some Mod al$%t tablets and everything went O. K.(Besides the first shipment not being shipped at all) Then, after I emailed them a few times and then called them they re shipped until I finally got the product.
I don't know what it was but it was not what I ordered. Looked like somebody made the tablets in their bathtub. They looked great until I took them out of the blister pac. They had no line to split in half and fell apart when I took them out.
After calling them and sending them photos, they gave me a full refund but, I waited over six weeks for my pills and when they finally arrived it was something I did not feel safe taking.
My money was tied up with them and had been for over six weeks. I had to order from a different vendor and now I have to wait four to six weeks again. In the meantime, I now am out.
All they said was, "We gave you a refund"
Why don't you just send me what I paid for?
I will NEVER use them again and I advise you to find a more reputable vendor.

The only thing real about this site is the terrible reviews they have the positive reviews are all fake. I was lucky, after going 60days without receiving my order and talking to a representative that said I was lying the process on my card did not go through. DO NOT PURCHASE from this site!

Trustworthy business with great customer service. Fast response from support team. Item was lost in transit, but they didn't hesitate in sending me a replacement, which came within 5 days (to the UK).
Completed two separate orders from this company and while the second one had some issues in transit - had gotten stuck in the postal systems nightmare - they were kind enough to send out a new/replacement order ASAP, which arrived just fine.
Then again this was during the late summer of 2021, so between global shipping issues, lockdowns and a tight US worker climate, I can fully understand.
Does it take time? Yes...then again nothing was shipping quickly at that time.
Are they good? Yes...If they weren't then I would not have bought the second time, let alone start a third one.
Would I do business again? Yes. They reward their return customers with good discounts and I have not been disappointed yet.

Answer: I got my money back from Paypal. It takes some doing, but DO IT! First, take the online copy of your USPS tracking you were given as proof of delivery from Happie Family to your post office. Talk to the postmaster, they have an intranet system that will also include exactly where and when the item was delivered and has more information than what you can get online. I'll bet you find out it isn't your address. Ask them to print that for you. Upload a copy of what the USPS gave you (https://paypal.com/il/uploaddoc). Go to Paypal on Twitter - yes TWITTER. It's the only way you can bypass the PayPal algorithm that will automatically process your appeal. Send them a DM telling them that you have uploaded the USPS internal tracking and want your appeal reopened. Then send that form also to paypal to the Twitter DM. Once I did that, I had my money back in 24 hours. If we all do that we should have our money back an they will have a reason to go after Happie Family for fraud. Good luck.
Answer: Impossible, this is a fraudulent company they are thieves. No product they take your money& there is only an email address left that they do not respond to
