Even coming from half way across the world to here in California, the customer service came through with flying colors. Prompt delivery even at such distance. Ordered two months ago and every single time you contact them about your order you get a give me 10 more days. Never received the item ordered just got a run around so I had to report to my credit card company. They're running ads on TikTok and scamming ppl of money, read the reviews nobody has received their items!
If you didn't read the reviews before handing over money then its scamers 1 you 0, waited several months, still no order though, claimed back though my bank, you have been warned!

I recently made a purchase with Happy Family Store for the first time. I initially was a bit skeptical as it was my first time making a purchase of this kind and was unsure if it was one of those scam companies but, I'm glad I gave them a chance! I placed my order online and quickly received a call from a representative from their team to confirm my address & order. My initial payment did not go through as it was an international transaction and my bank blocked it so they send me an invoice via PayPal to process the payment. I was a bit skeptical still at this point but took a chance because of how safe it is to purchase via PayPal. Once I processed my payment they sent me a confirmation shortly after letting me know they received it and my order was good to go and would be ship out soon. My order shipped within 2-3 days and took about 18 days to receive in California. I was able to track my order through out the time. They respond very quickly to email and calls which made me feel more comfortable. They have one of the best customer service I have dealt with. If you are thinking or looking into making a purchase with them - i highly recommend! They are a safe and professional company. I'm so happy I found this company - I will definitely be using them & recommending them!

I read some of the other negative reviews but I have to say my experience was very good. I placed the order online and within 15 minutes or so I received a call from someone verifying the items I ordered, amount, and my information. They stated clearly because of Covid it will be a two or three weeks delay in shipping. This wasn't an issue for me. Two weeks later I received my order and I proceeded to count everything just to make sure it was all there. Everything that I ordered was delivered and nothing was damaged. Throughout the process I received several emails regarding the tracking of my package, etc. Very good experience! Will definitely order from this company again.
After I placed the order and paid extra for delivery within 9 days I was told it will take a minimum of 3 weeks " due to covid". The reviews here are also no encouraging so I've requested a refund. It's a 1 start for now but happy to change if the refund actually happens.

The store advertises brand name medications, but after completing the purchase I was told they only sell generics and the generics would be sent from Singapore. I paid with PayPal and the payment was fraudulent and resulted in scamming activity on my PayPal account. After completing the payment it showed up on Paypal as being paid to a company not named HappyFamilyStores and for a VPN service. What a scam! Do not use them. Scam alert!
I ordered from them, I didn't get my order. I let them know and they refunded my payment promptly. The mail is skewed since covid and I feel like they did fine. I'd have preferred that the product but it was shipped. So I'd try them again. I don't feel it was their fault.

Answer: I got my money back from Paypal. It takes some doing, but DO IT! First, take the online copy of your USPS tracking you were given as proof of delivery from Happie Family to your post office. Talk to the postmaster, they have an intranet system that will also include exactly where and when the item was delivered and has more information than what you can get online. I'll bet you find out it isn't your address. Ask them to print that for you. Upload a copy of what the USPS gave you (https://paypal.com/il/uploaddoc). Go to Paypal on Twitter - yes TWITTER. It's the only way you can bypass the PayPal algorithm that will automatically process your appeal. Send them a DM telling them that you have uploaded the USPS internal tracking and want your appeal reopened. Then send that form also to paypal to the Twitter DM. Once I did that, I had my money back in 24 hours. If we all do that we should have our money back an they will have a reason to go after Happie Family for fraud. Good luck.
Answer: Impossible, this is a fraudulent company they are thieves. No product they take your money& there is only an email address left that they do not respond to
