I placed an order which proceeded to get lost during shipment. I notified the Support team. They investigated the issue, confirming details. They then send a replacement order which arrived quickly. I recommend this company for the medications plus a very helpful support staff.
I ordered 20,12mg ivermectins. Everything came on time, was easy and from what I can tell its real. Ordered another 20 ivermectin came on time, was easy but they were not ivermectin. Gave it to my bf and he is someone who depends on it to live if he gets sick... now we are day 13 and he is still really sick because until yesterday we had no idea they were fake. Looked at reviews and noticed someone else said theirs were mints... guess what so was my 2nd purchase... very disappointed and lets pray my bf doesn't end up in hospital or dead because of this scam! In the photo the longer package is the mints.

I ordered ivermectine. Once I received and opened the envelope the sheet of tablets were opened and six out of ten tablets were stolen. Envelope seemed not opened before.
I was being worried and skeptical after viewing the bad reviews from this site and having prepared that I might not receive anything.

Customer service is top notch, after several issues with available payment methods i could finally place an order with their assistance. I received my order after about 6 weeks (Belgium) which was 2 weeks longer then anticipated but this was due to Belgian customs NOT Happie family Store.
My order was complete and undamaged and the medication functions as advertised. No fake pills here!

I've used these services over the years and always got my order.
In the early pandemic the package went missing but it was reshipped without question and arrive safely.
Previosly, I've tried other suppliers with poor results but these people have come through every time.

I have been using this product from other providers for five years and it works good for me. This product arrived and absolutely does not work. My guess is it is cut down to a very small amount of the active ingredient. It looks the same, but does not taste or smell the same.
This was my third order for happy family store and i am completely satisfied - i a world of scamming sites its nice to find a legitimate one - my order came in 3 weeks and the product is legit - the customer service team is great and they send you all the info needed to track the order if needed - highly recommended

Don't waste your money, this is a scam. I ordered fluoxetine from them and it was shipped from France in 5 weeks. When I checked my billing statement, the Happie Family store was called FRESHOOLONGTEA which seems suspicious. When the pills came they were labeled fluxican not fluoxetine! Never heard of a legit brand called fluxican... When I opened a capsule, it looked like it was filled with cornstarch and when I tasted it, the poweder tasted bland like flour. Prozac is not supposed to taste bland, its supposed to be very bitter. It seems like they scam you by filling pills with a placebo.
HFS were very efficient in dealing with our order which got stuck (or lost) in Montreal. They were responsive over the phone as well. We did get a replacement order in good time!
The order/delivery process was flawless, from the website application thru the followup by your courteous and detail-oriented rep (whose English was perfect) through payment and all the way through delivery of my package in Nevada. I would add a photo about this experience as well as a photo of the package from Mumbai, but I have a new phone which uses some features unknown to me at this time. Your firm is at the top of my "go to" prescription businesses. Many many thanks! Referrals to follow.
I have been dealing with Happy Family Store now for several years, but this was the first time I had a problem with delivery. It was not their fault; it was due to the incompetence of the USPS. When I made them aware that I had not received the order they re-sent it and it was received shortly thereafter. I couldn't ask for better customer service--and they are very communicative, never failing to answer my emails in a prompt manner/

I have made an order on August 4 with HFS and my experience so far (yes it is October 18th and I am still not done with them) has been a nightmare.
First of all, they do not inform you, but the packages are coming from Hong Kong.
2nd, my delivery never arrived, still held by customs and I can't get a proper answer from the support team on what has happened.
Once I paid and received an email with the tracking number this is the message I received:
"The tracking number starts working 10-14 business days after shipping.
EMS delivery time may vary between 2-3 weeks after shipping.
Airmail delivery takes 3-4 weeks after shipping.
The Airmail tracking numbers start working when the package reaches Customs.
If you have any questions or need assistance, please our visit Customer Care"
None of the above information, most of all the Honk Kong detail was mention before making the purchase.
Now I have been trying to get my money back for the last 5 weeks, using the so called "Insurance" I have bought together with my delivery, and the answer I received from their team was:
Thank you for your email.
We sent a request to our finance department for a refund.
Refund procedure might take 14-30 business days, sometimes 2 billing
Cycles. When the refund procedure starts, you will receive an email
Confirmation to your email address.
Sorry, but that is not how Insurances Work.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, this is definitely not a website for anybody to purchase from.

Answer: I got my money back from Paypal. It takes some doing, but DO IT! First, take the online copy of your USPS tracking you were given as proof of delivery from Happie Family to your post office. Talk to the postmaster, they have an intranet system that will also include exactly where and when the item was delivered and has more information than what you can get online. I'll bet you find out it isn't your address. Ask them to print that for you. Upload a copy of what the USPS gave you (https://paypal.com/il/uploaddoc). Go to Paypal on Twitter - yes TWITTER. It's the only way you can bypass the PayPal algorithm that will automatically process your appeal. Send them a DM telling them that you have uploaded the USPS internal tracking and want your appeal reopened. Then send that form also to paypal to the Twitter DM. Once I did that, I had my money back in 24 hours. If we all do that we should have our money back an they will have a reason to go after Happie Family for fraud. Good luck.
Answer: Impossible, this is a fraudulent company they are thieves. No product they take your money& there is only an email address left that they do not respond to
