I ordered my costume on Friday 15 April (from Australia) and had the parcel in my hand on 20th April! Given the fact there was a weekend in the middle of this, the delivery time was amazing. I just received my order and I wanted to let you know how pleased I am. The quality of this clothing is WONDERFUL! I fully admit that I expected something far less, with it being "costume" clothing. I had counted on nothing more than functional. The colors are rich, the fabric is quality and the sizes are quite accurate as well. I ordered four complete outfits and I'm happy with every single piece. I will happily recommend you to everyone looking for renaissance wear.

I called my bank and heard 'Halloween Costumes" cause I didn't even notice the name of the website when I placed the order cause of how desperate, I was shocked but at the same time The price was so cheap that I told my boyfriend that I think I bought a halloween costume for our wedding and he's about to get married in a costume I found it sooo funny that I was laughing and I even called my daughter and told her. She was like "Oh my God Mommy" But I didn't care, I got a great bargain and I was happy. Now when I got the box I was so extremly happy, It didn't look like a halloween costume at all. I was really pleased with the tux I bought from you guys. The shoes were the wrong size but the lady that helped me over the phone was so nice that nothing mattered. I didn't care. I was still happy. She told me she would talk to her manager and have them sent free of charge cause it wasn't my fault. You guys are great all around. Thank You! From a satisfied customer. :)

I made an error when placing my order and quickly sent an email to see if I could change the size. They quickly responded and made the correction. The package arrived to my city in a timely fashion, but my delivery person left the package at the wrong address. I checked with Halloween Costumes to see what address the package had been mailed to, and again they quickly responded and were sympathetic to my dilemma. When I finally found the package, I let them know and they quickly responded and shared my joy. What great customer service and so personable.

While the costume did not fit my daughter, I called to ask about a refund. Being it was close to Halloween (5 Days), the customer service rep told me as long as I got it out in the mail that day he would refund my money, minus a 20% restocking fee. He was "in a good mood" by giving me 20%, as it's normally 30%. I raced to the post office to get it in the mail. However, throughout the year I realized I never got the refund. When I called, they tell me I was never entitled to one since it was returned "too late". WTH? It's a costume place! Even if they didn't sell the costume again THAT Halloween, I'm sure it would be bought eventually. SO, now they have my $70 AND the costume. I'm contacting the CEO next week, since I'm told he's away... and will lodge a complaint with the BBB if I don't get either my money back or another costume. I have noticed similar complaints with the BBB regarding promised, but not fulfilled refunds. This makes them thieves in my eyes, and I will never recommend them to anyone. I have seen complaints right on their facebook wall as well from not happy customers. Unless you know FOR SURE that a costume will fit you, DO NOT order from this company... heck, just stay away,... which I had!
