For those booking reservations through this site: I would advise you to BOOK directly through your Resort and Hotel; you will be overcharged at least 30% more through this site. I got to my resort and was told things contrary to what this site told me. I doubled check with my resort and it would have been $400 cheaper had I booked directly with my Resort. Be aware of their language of Fees and Taxes. I had to still pay an ADDITIONAL Resort Fee of $250 when I arrived. I hope this review saves a few others from making this mistake.

This is for a hotel reservation that I was led to believe was being made directly with the hotel as the link was on what appeared to be the hotel's website. When I made the reservation I was told very specifically that the hotel's pool was open (and asked him to confirm that); that the rate included parking, the rate was 201.92 and that it was cancellable until midnight. I called Guestreserations when i received the confirmation that said parking was not included, that it was a non-refundable rate and that the rate was 210.92 not 201.92. The agent out and out lied to me in order to make the sale. When I called to cancel and get a refund I was told they could not because it was hotel policy. Hotel policy is cancellation until 6pm day before.
