Easy breezy
My experience was terrible. The property was very unclean. Trash was everywhere outside the business. My accommodation wasn't clean either. My other family members also rented rooms and experienced the same conditions. There is no way any of us would ever consider using your service to get accommodation.
Easy to reserve a room. Let's you know what's available. Left a day early and found out no return on money not unless you book hotel directly.

We would like a non smoking quiet room please. We would also like a small bed for our 3 year old child.
This was one of the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in. We flew in from San Diego and checked in on Wednesday 23,2020 and after checking in my wife noticed that the bathroom was not clean, then after taking a closer look the refrigerator and the microwave was not clean, the carpet had a foot odor smell to it. One of the days we got in and there was a note slipped under our door that said due to short staffing they would no clean for that day. My concern is that in this high charge COVID-19 environment cleanliness should be job number one. I spoke with all managers on duty at any given time. Entrance way carpet was not clean, hallway leading to our room was not clean.
However I didn't see an option for Military/police discount. Do you offer that?

Answer: Yes there are many rooms have walk in showers, I have stayed a a nimber of rooms at the Medusa, If stairs are an issue there are a few rooms at ground level. I hope this helps
