I stayed at the hotel from 6/8/2023 to 9/8/2023 spent 3 nights at the room no. 317. I was having 300 Euro in my bag with ******* Indian rupees. Someone from hotel staff who came for room service & cleaning have stolen my 200 Euro & 7000 Rupees from my Bag. I didn't checked my bag and amount as we all have that much of trust on hotels with such high ratings & reputation... but when I checked my currency during shopping at airport I got to know this.
Hotel must take strict action on room service staff and investigate this incident. If they finds the culprit please return my amount..

Booking and paying for our room was good. But not so much with the room or the hotel. The hotel was run down and needs A LOT of repairs and cleaning!
I booked a room for a date and had a unexpected trip out of country and I couldn't make it for the date it was booked and they did not want to change the date to a different date or refund the money so they said it's your lost so that is not right people should be able to change date at list to not loose their money because money doesn't grow on trees.

Guest reservations seriously and intentionally misrepresents their services. Although they advertise cancellation, they, in fact, do not provide refunds, cancellations, or date changes. They also tack on a hidden service fee in excess of $100. In my case, my "cancellation fee" is the entire amount of the reservation and hidden service fees, which comes to more than $350. I got nowhere with the customer service representative, who assured that all of this was legal. I asked to speak to a manager but was told that they were all on other lines.

We were driving from Wa state, on the road for several hours, booked on 3rd party website and never thought that I'd come into broken curtain that exposed privacy and then mold and dirt on shower curtains. Top it off front clerk used a paper stapler on the front curtain. (Pro work huh?) Then when my wife found mold and grease or dirt on the shower curtains. Couldn't sleep in those beds, we packed asked the manager and front clerk for a refund. They refused, saying they couldn't do it. But said our 3rd party knowing they received funds for our booking for the room. Pics show a discussed room. $150+ room. Funny when I booked a room in a different state for 85.00 I gave it a 5 star comparison to this place.

I have been here for a total of 5 days wendsday through Sunday and every morning the breakfast is absolutely so cold, the eggs have so much water that the water fills up the plate the biscuits are so doughy that they leave dough stuck to your fingers, or they are soo burnt they hurt your teeth to bite into, the sausages are burn and taste like charcoal. I waited 27 minutes for orange juice to be filled to the point I had to go to front desk to ask them. Coffee was out two days in a row, the syrup was empty one day Waited 17 minutes on that. Wasn't very busy when I was here so why this happened or why the food was cooked this way no clue. I got sick the same day that I ate those biscuits the ones I thought was done and obviously was not… NOT HAPPY!

Do not book through this site! They are deceptive in their pricing. We were quoted $110 per room (2 rooms total) and ended up paying over $300! Absolutely horrible. We thought we were booking through the hotel website and didn't see the ridiculous hidden charges until after booking. Of course, there is no cancellation or refund. You can guarantee I will be sharing this experience with all of my followers, friends, and family.

Rates appear low on their web site, but during booking suddenly a host of unannounced fees and charges appear. My $102 room became $161. And, they never provided an itemized bill. - SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Scam. I was on the hotel site and clicked a discount for first time stays. They had the same branding as the hotel and used the hotels name and added guest reservation so check the entire URL. They add a huge fee and don't show the fee until after they have your card #. For example on a 154.00 rate I was charged $95 in fees. Fees are processed in the USA. I'm in Canada. Further how it appears on your credit card is different as to what it said on mine. Despite thinking I was being vigilant, I was deceived. I called them and there is no cancelling or changing (per their terms) even when it is fraud.

I am writing to express my utmost disappointment with the communication with your hotel. I stayed at your hotel from June 22 to June 25th. On the day of check out an incident happened where the manager promised 20k points. Afterwards, they asked if I would like to also file an accident report. I did. Within two to three weeks my case was closed however I still did not receive the 20k. The mananers and hotel staff kept lying to me saying the points were submitted. Today sevene (7) weeks later they said that they will not be issuing any points because I should have requested that through the adjuster. The managers kept promising that the points were issued and they refused to call me back. However, today the Director told one of the staff to tell me that I will not be receiving any points. I feel that the Elara has been lying to me and or misleading me for their personal gain no matter how little it may be and I am highly disappointed as a loyal Diamond member. I will be leaving a review of the situation.

Explained upon checkin that we would be splitting the check. Young lady was polite and said nonissue and it would be done upon checkout. Went to check out on our date indicated and was told the one card was already charged. We explained that to the three ladies behind the counter "i didn't have nothing to do with that" came out a few times with a few "sir, we can't do anything about that now and you should've explained that upon checking in". No one cares about your issues here, they're your issues and yours alone. Do not expect any help at the counter for any problems. I did notice that the crew seemed to be nicer to the black community and not a tall white man. I told a lady good morning at the breakfast area, no response, guessing white people are not welcome there. Will not be back.
Quote ok price for room but add fees of 50% +. Should be shut down. Terrible experience. Don't be fooled.

There was a charge of $60 taxes and fees. I would have purchased from somewhere else for a lower price if I had been aware of the fee.
This company's only purpose is to scam people when they are looking to make a reservation at hotels. I recently was looking to make a reservation at a Holiday Inn Express and was going to book directly with IHG. When I searched for the website, this horrible website came up and it appeared I was in IHG. I made my reservation and when I checked out, I noticed that the total was more than $250 more than what I researched for my room. When I noticed this, within 5 minutes of booking, I cancelled. Come to find out that once you book with this horrible website, no matter what, they will charge you. THIS COMPANY'S SOLE PURPOSE IS TO OVER CHARGE UNSUSPECTING TRAVELERS AND TO SCAM YOU INTO THINKING YOU ARE BOOKING WITH THE HOTELS. PLEASE MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTELS, NEVER USE A THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE TO BOOK HOTEL OR TRAVEL RESERVATIONS. THIS WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. I DO NOT WANT TO WANT TO EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR, THEY DESERVE TO BURN IN HELL AND DESERVE NOTHING MORE THAN ZERO STARS, BUT IN ORDER TO POST YOUR REVIEW YOU HAVE TO AT LEAST LEAVE ONE STAR, WHICH DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE.
