My card was used to make a reservation here, not authorized. I learned about it the next day and called to let them know about the fraud and they cancelled it but still charged me the full amount >$330! I looked into them and it seems like they are a sneaky business.
They try to look like the hotel your trying to book and have outrageous fees tacked on and no cancellation policy. Be aware!

I accidentally clicked on this site. I did a search for a hotel we frequently stay. I was in a hurry and didn't pay attention. I used auto fill to enter my information including credit card. I was charged 160 for a resort fee of sorts. This has never happen and I was scammed out of 160. In addition to regular room fees and taxes. Immediately I realized what happened. There is a no refund policy. If you try to call the number listed. No one answers, it rings once and there is some kind of message.

I was searching for hotel rooms in Las Vegas at trivago don't know how I was re routed to this site ended up paying $50 over hotel booking in their fees and no refunds! STAY AWAY, never again. Blocking there site.

This is the only online boking site which charges 50% taxes and fees on your booking! And it doesnt say so until you actually book the room. This is very illegal, and completely crazy, they charge you double for the room services which is already included in the room price. They will not admit to this FRAUD! I made an online reservation through Guest Reservations for a one night stay at a hotel. When the confirmation came back, it was for the wrong dates and for 2 nights instead of one. In addition, there was an extra $200 added on to the bill. I immediately called Guest Reservations. It was a 20 to 30 minute phone call of them telling me they can't change / correct the error and can't refund the money. I said I would dispute the charge. I was put on a lengthy hold. They came back and said they could refund part of the money. When I continued to request complete reimbursement, I was put on another lengthy hold and then told that if the hotel agreed to reverse charges I could get a refund. I immediately called the hotel who told me that they had already been contacted by Guest Reservations, and had just sent an email to GR saying that they would refund any money from that transaction. However, 10 days later, I only ended up getting a partial refund from GR with the balance of about $300 being kept by GR. I attempted to contact GR. My email bounced back and there was no live person option on their automated telephone menu. I have now taken the matter up through my bank and will dispute the charge.
Never ever use Guest Reservations. They are counting on people not to dispute fraudelent charges and hidden fees.

Made a room reservation with, I assumed was Hilton. I made the reservation at 10:30A.M. On August 24,2023. 90 minutes later, I called to cancel the reservation and was told that there was nothing that could be done for me. The excessive charges had already been billed to my credit card company for a trip that won't start for 2 months!

The site intentionally misleads you into thinking they are apart of the hotel which they aren't. They then show one price and after taking your card info ask you to confirm this price. Problem is the actual price being charge is lower down on the page and is extortionately higher. Additionally you can't cancel because it's 'non-refundable' but when call the hotel they show they don't even have a reservation made. This site is a scam and it's amazing they let it stay up

I was looking for a room at the FLAG hotel in Zürich for two nights, the first result in Google was a website leading you to think it was the hotel official website, when in reality it was Guest Reservations. I went forward with the reservation, clicked the "next" button and after three (no jokes) seconds 570$ where reserved on my credit card, no confirmation interface, nothing. On top of the inflated cost per night, they added a 120$ tax fee with no reason, the total cost of the stay was 50% higher than the average cost of a room in the same hotel booked via other websites. In the receipt, they states that the tax fee should cover additional services, but my room was not cleaned daily, breakfast was not included and no air conditioning was available (in August with 37 degrees).
Worst website and service I ever used, they are basically legally scamming people. Ah and on top of that, on their website they don't explicitly mention that you cannot cancel your reservation because THE CANCELLATION FEE IS EQUAL TO THE RESERVATION COST. Both The Flag hotel and Guest Reservations should be sued for what they are doing.

Very dirty bathrooms, furniture, doors and sinks. Just take a look at some of the pictures. Very disappointing.

I would like the Springhill Suite to know that Ms. Martha was wonderful, when she couldn't get us a room(because rooms were booked), she went over and beyond to help us find a room at a reasonable rate at another nearby hotel. That's what I call customer service, going "over and beyond". Blessings to Martha and Springhill Suites
It was a fine experience making my reservation online via guest reservations.
Be Smart, don't go! Front desk can't get room right, they charged for two nights, told them we were planning to check out the next morning, after one night! Door to room had to kick to get in, the next morning called front desk, on cell phone, before hotel phones don't work, to get out of room. Pool hasn't worked in 5 years, no refrigerator in room, no breakfast in love,,, book somewhere else. Called five times for front desk, for refund, was told it would be 10 days for a refund, run run run away from here!

I have booked for a 5 nights stay at Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 - 16 Sep 2023. My flight will be arriving from The Maldives via Air Asia landing at Don Muang Airport at 19:00.
On the face of the website, it was mentioned airport shuttle from and to the airport complimentary and i have put a note in my booking about how will this be happening. Will there be someone at the airport to direct us to the Shuttle?

Answer: Yes there are many rooms have walk in showers, I have stayed a a nimber of rooms at the Medusa, If stairs are an issue there are a few rooms at ground level. I hope this helps
