I ordered food from grub hub at 6, app said it was on its way from 30 minutes then received a message that it was already delivered, it was not, called customer service they said the restaurant was closed. However, KFC closes at 10 not 6 over were we live. Did not appreciate being on hold 3 different times.
Every time I've ordered food from them I've had a problem. This time I ordered dinner because I hadn't eaten all day so I waited over two hours and by the time my food was supposed to arrive I found out grubhub cancelled my order for no reason. I had to reorder and the food still didn't come so I just gave up. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone or use them again.
I've ordered from grub hub 3 times and 2 out of the three took over 90 minutes to get my food from a restaurant 10 minutes away. It wasn't the driver- he was sitting at the restaurant waiting! The third and FINAL time I used grub hub it took me over 2 hours to get a pizza! I could have gone to the grocery store, shopped, and made a pizza from scratch in less. Ridiculous!
They freaking suck! Don't waste your time! Wasted my entire morning waiting on cold tacos to be delivered!
Order kfc, it was $25.00 an hour and a half later it was marked as delivered. I called customer service they could not find my account or order. Chatted with customer service they would not refund would only give me 25% off my next order. I just want my money back. Why would i order with you again.
Placed 3ed order in 2 weeks from same restaurant. The third and LAST order was picked up from the restaurant, after 1 hour and 15 min order was marked as delivered, but NEVER received. Attempted to call driver who's number was out of service. Grubhub stated they could not get ahold of the driver (There employee) and said I would receive a refund... 2 hours later. Still hungry worst customer service ever, account and app deleted.
Company is terrible. Ive had to many orders made, never pucked up, eventually I'm told to cancel. I was so done with this company, gave them.one more chance and my order was picked up and never dropped off. The driver answered my call, when I said hi this is ur grubhub order he immediately hung up. Then ignored the next 10 calls. The company said, sorry to that mam would u like to cancel ur order. Really? They dont even care about an employee of theirs scaming the system. Embarrassing. He's stealing from grubhub, stealing from the restaurant, and in the end just wasting my time.
I cannot believe a company who only delivers food, cannot get it right. I placed an order, was told 20-30 min timeline. After checking the status online and it staying it was still in the works, I called the restaurant and confirmed it had not been picked up and had been waiting 20 min. I messaged grub hub, chatted with Fernando and he said Sorry, I just assigned a driver. I asked why a driver was not ALREADY assigned. Ultimately, the order was canceled, and we went and picked up the food. I will never use grub hub. They dont care about their service they provide and it was a waste of time. Use another service like Door dash.
Horrifying experience. Plain and simple they stole from me. Ordered Taco Bell and driver marked the order as delivered and it never was delivered. Customer service is the WORST they offered me a $10 credit on my $35 order. The biggest insult is i tipped the driver for stealing my food. I will never use them again and highly suggest you never use them either.
Yup over an hour to find out they still haven't even sent a driver to deliver my food. Never again! Now i have to wait for a refund too bull!
2nd time using Grub Hub... both incidents... NO FOOD! Looking at other reviews, this is what Grub Hub allows. Customer service is useless... will never use again. Door Dash forever
Was at Wing stop eating when I noticed a bunch of drivers for grubhub come in to pick up orders, 1 female decided that the food was hers also because I witnessed her eat from the order.
I had to give 1 star to write this but it should be "0". Similarly like someone else's review, I ordered from a restaurant listed on THEIR website for delivery. Yet, after placing the order and finding out from the restaurant that it had not been picked up I contacted Grubhub. Even though they agreed that the information on their site was misleading (pickup vs delivery). Who else would be picking it up if I'm ordering from GRUBUB's ordering site (since I know that particular restaurant does not deliver). I was only offered 20% promo... after I lost $30 and no food!

We ordered from our favorite sandwich shop on Mother's Day. Order of over $150 (in sandwiches!). After an hour passed, and checking the status multiple times, the map showed they were in route. Another 45 minutes passed by (the deli is just 5 minutes away). Finally, I call GrubHub, they couldn't find my order, even though my card was charged and I gave them an order number. After $20 minutes on hold while they tried to find my order to no avail. I finally told them to refund my money and thanks for ruining our mother's day dinner. They of course apologized and offered me $5.00 off my next order. WTF?!? $5.00 off my next order, I will NEVER use their service again. Come to find out, the sandwich shop was closed on Mother's Day, yet GrubHub still took my money and wasted our time.
I placed my order at 11:00 and called around 12:40 because it has been over an hour and on my grubhub it stated my food will be there at 12:40 / 12:50 when i called she stated that they are waiting on the driver so i call grubhub and they said that it was nothing they could have done i either wait or canceled so i hung up and they decided to cancel my order I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE EVER... THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ME THE DRIVERS NUMBER STATED THAT THE DRIVER WEREN'T ANSWERING WITH MY FOOD I NEVER RECEIVED.
Dinner ordered; a series of messages pushing back the expected delivery time; then no more messages and no dinner. Apparently the food was never prepared and certainly never delivered. Then, magnanimously, GH said they would "refund" me for a service that was never provided! This company will likely fail - the sooner the better.
I did not receive my food nor did I get a refund. Keep the b. S. discount on next meal Grubhub, there won't be another order from me! I hope the $16.87 was worth it, because I'm on a mission to let everyone who will listen that Grubhub cares little for customer service and have failed to establish a standard of morale for drivers.
2 orders placed in 3 weeks time.
1st order: Dessert-GrubHub driver had picked it up and was making several other delivers while I sat waiting for my food which was stated to be here 25 minutes prior to me canceling. Ice cream held while they made other deliveries? LOL, really?
2nd order: Just happened. The order was stated to be here in 25-35 minutes. Once again, time passes and it passes. I called the restaurant and was told it's been sitting there for 20 minutes. The driver kept delaying the pickup. I called GrubHub again to cancel.
The kicker is, they act like they are doing you a service by refunding your money. I was given a time and both times it didn't happen. Both times I wait for a refund to hit my credit card again. Both times I am still sitting without food I thought I was getting. They offered absolutely nothing in return-no credit-no free meals-nodda. Bad Business. Won't Happen Again!
For prepaid orders, your monies will be back in your account as soon as your bank makes it happen (no more than 5-10 business days) They seem to think all of us who write these reviews should be ok without the food or our money.
I would use another service. GrubHub has very poor reputation.
I placed a order not once, not twice, but three times with grub hub and each time my food was stollen by one of there drivers I have children and the food was for them and the 3rd time they refused to give me back my money I don't recommend ordering through them at all
I placed specifically in the instructions to ring the door buzzer. The driver never rang and when contacted he said that he called and that it was not his fault that my phone was not working. When I contacted Grubhub about this they provided a promo code which never worked and I have yet to receive a credit for this poor service.
Answer: I travel for a living and have experienced the lousy service that is Grub Hub. From Philadelphia PA to Shreveport LA and multiple other cities THIS SERVICE SUCKS. There's nothing good to say about it.
Answer: Both. But he is not alone, unfortunately. He only got exposed. Millions others are working in politically intolerant places. We have to change that.
Answer: Yes, it is normal. Original delivery times are almost never met. No drivers, Lost Drivers, Poorly trained or untrained drivers.
Answer: LOL... no kidding right! How can places take 2 hours to get food to you and not necessarily at a peak time. Good luck! Hope you were able to cancel it, but wonder if it showed up in the mean time. For this reason I no longer use a card but pay cash when I get the food. Hope you've managed to eat something by now.

Answer: Answer: Grub Hub does suck big time. No real answer. If you like cold food, delivered late and an "oh well" customer service attitude, Grub Hub is the company you should use.
Answer: They just don't care. Company motto must be "customer comes last". They simply trying to salvage whatever market share they can before they get bought out by a superior service that actually cares about customers.
Answer: Nothing. By this inaction I would say to quit using this bad business. Go with UberEats or maybe try getting your own food.
