Be very very careful, I have tried using a few of these even gave one as a present(VERY EMBARRASING) Example bought one for window cleaning, they came late then said for a 2100 sq ft home the EXTRA would be $220 total of $309. When they finished I made them reclean the kitchen window that was streaked more after the cleaning than before!
Next time i got someone from thumbtack. Paid $120 and windows were just as good.
Many exclusions especially house size(Only 700 sq ft for $89) for my size house 2100 it was almost $300(you know where that one went) Also many of then charge upwards of $25 if you are outside their area(Their mileage charts appear to be different. They said my chandler home was 18 miles from Tempe.
Trying to talk to GROUPON? FORGET IT.

OK, so you read all the good reviews on the groupon page but how does one actually leave a review there? I cannot find a way to leave a REAL review about trying to use my group on code for Shari's Berries. What a RIP OFF. They make you use a special link to use the code and Shari's Berries jacks up the price 50% on that link so you actually save NO money. You cannot use these codes on the regular link. You would be better off to not use a code and shop on the regular site using online couple codes. This is a scam and rip off and there is no way to report it to others on group on. Shame on both of you.

I bought 12 Bottles of Fruit-Infused Moscato from Afternoon Delight from Groupon.
The wine taste so bad and i decided to write a review to make other consumer aware of it. And the url i write review only has 9 people reviewed with 3 1/2 start rating.

I think Groupon is helping their client to cover the bad reviews.

DO NOT USE GROUPON! It's an appalling company with dreadful customer service that hides behind emails as they are "unable to call customers", even when they have made a series of errors and admit it.
Also, make sure that you check that they are not keeping your payment details without authorisation. When they do make mistakes, they will not correct them and they will not compensate you either. It will be up to you to rectify the problem and up to you to try to negotiate directly with the venue providing the "deal" as they "cannot contact the supplier directly". Totally incompetent and really not worthy of your custom. Find an alternative supplier and don't waste your time.

So I was never refunded my money when a business that was closed still offered groupon and I was a victim To this $60 brake service in charlotte nc. I chose to trade in my money and get the same in groupon bucks I used the bucks and bought good items make up that was just over 35$ I was also used a code and way only supppss to pay 3.84 instead I was charged 22$ and when I chatted in for over 2 hours trying to figure out why I was charged so much I was kept getting hung up on through their chat service the agents were stupid and were no help. When I finally got a call after requesting it I was told it was to late to cancel my order even though it was there fault for over charging me. Thatsessed yo so now I cant get money money back because they messed up and they just want me turn around and give the sh&* back to them. Nope ill be the one fleshy until my items arrive return them and get my money back. DONT WASYE UPUR MONEY IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG DONT EXPECT YOUR MONEY BACK. This sh$* is really a monopoly game with them but I dont not stand it.

A few months after my son died, I purchased a photo blanket groupon so I could make a remembrance blanket for my eight year old grandson, using pictures of him and his father. My daughter and I spent in excess of 20 hours attempting to load the pictures, using two different computers. It would never save and allow us to complete the process. The Customer Service at the company was never available and we were unable to resolve the issue. So, I requested my $16 back from Groupon. They refused. Never use them. If there is an issue, you lose.

Purchased registration for a 5k. First one for grandson. Tried to redeem. Code did not work. When I reached out to Groupon, the sent the same instructions that we're on the website, which had not worked the first four times I tried to use. NOT helpful! Then said they couldn't help me and sent me to event people and they have not responded since. I will never use Groupon again. Just go straight to the event or restaurant or whatever you're trying to do. Avoid Groupon.

I purchased a voucher through Groupon and was unable to get the website that Groupon was endorsing to work. I contacted customer support to cancel my purchase of this voucher and was told that "while this was within the time frame to cancel, there was fine print that this was a final sale." I purchased this voucher less than an hour prior to contacting customer support and they still did not honor my request to cancel the voucher. Terrible service for both Groupon and Printer Pix.

Groupon service is nonexistent. They and the merchant pass you back and forth blaming each other and neither resolves your issue. Bought Sam's club

I wont buy from this company again. Their tracking system isn't a tracking system, its a con. They say a product is delivered with no evidence to prove this. Saying maybe a neighbor has it simply isn't good enough. My nearest neighbor is quarter of a mile a way, so bull. They supply you with a false number to check on your product. Their 'wheres my purchase?' link is broken, doesn't work, hasn't done so for months. Never again.
