Heads up NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No one will help you I have bought many items on Groupon had no problems. Now they have NO customer service. I placed an order on the December 9th. I checked all information before I clicked purchase. All was correct. I get an email with a delivery of 9 items to an old address. I tried numerous (9times) to contact Groupon through email, telephone, and live chat. Nothing. I tried next day. Nothing. I tried to contact seller of 2 of the products to give my new address. Nothing. These are Christmas presents. I have no clue what is going on. Am I going to get my product. I went as so far as to go to usps to fill out forwarding address. Nothing. Got an email with 1 item delivered to old address.
What is wrong with this picture. Everything. DO NOT purchase anything from Groupon until they get there crap together. Groupon works on NO Customer Service
I was offered a 5 dollar off coupon "as a deal" they did not say they would charge me 26.99 to use it they just deducted it from my sccount. Paypal would not dispute it as unauthorized. I tried to cancel it 20 minutes after I ordered it

Make sure you know and read everything about trade in deals and groupon bucks before you make any kind of purchase on groupon. Their customer service is very bad, they dont have any warnings on the website before you make trade ins and groupon bucks is the worst. They do not refund it back to credit card, even within 15 days. Their customer service is not helpful. I had a horrible experience recently where they refused to credit my 300 dollars back to my credit card.
Restaurants or businesses close, merchandise sometimes breaks or doesn't work and the biggest problem is Groupon customer service. Can't get refunds. Have to get Groupon bucks. Great if you want to continue using the sketchy company but I am at the point of just trying to get my refunds and then delete my account. Deals are everywhere. Groupon unnecessary.
GROUPON HAD THE WRONG ADDRESS. I CORRECTED IT AND ITEMS ORDER WERE STILL SENT TO INCORRECT ADDRESS. CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD NOT HELP. ORDERED FIVE ITEMS THAT I WILL NEVER SEE. THEY WILL NOT RESENT ADDRESS TO MERCHANTS. I CANNOT REACH ANY OF THE MERCHANTS. VERY POOR SERVICE. BEWARE BUYING ANYTHING ON GROUPON!
I purchased a large size male shirt for my husband after taking his measurements and using the Groupon sizing chart. I am a size 8 female and the shirt fits me! The shirt is made in China and I cannot get a refund. Very poor customer service and poor quality products.
It is so hard to find any type of customer service. When you are finally able too, after an hour, you think that everything is fine and that you finally got help. Well, wait until your refund comes in! On a $40 order that was for a cleaning service, that never showed up, I ended up with a $4 refund. Do not use!
I have multiple unused groups I purchased that for one reason or another over the years expired and Groupon is USELESS to try to get a hold of to follow through with their guaranteed promise that whatever money you spent you will not lose out on. I have over spent $1000 on Groupon's that I will never recoup. They also removed them from my account if I search on my laptop but I can still see them on my iPad and phone apps. They need shut down.
You must be very careful when buying on this website, they robbed me, no one responds, they just send you from one website to another and your money is lost, they are thieves
I placed an order for an item (AquaSonic Toothbrush) for what I thought was a great price, until I looked on Amazon and saw it cheaper there. I waited for the item to be delivered in which it never was. I contacted Groupon to explain the issue and they told me that they could give me a one time credit. They could either reorder the item or they could credit my account with "Groupon Bucks" (WTF?) I opted for the reorder, in which they provided me Groupon Bucks anyway and then reordered the item using the GB.
Two weeks later after the item had supposedly shipped, Fed Ex's tracking number said that the item was being held and needed additional approval from Groupon. After finally getting through to them and explaining the issue, Groupon was unable to tell me why my package was on hold and again offered to Reorder the item or provide me Groupon Bucks. I told them I wanted a full refund and they said the item was ordered with GB, they were only able to credit back in the original form of payment. (Are you serious?!) Since i vowed not to order ANYTHING ever again from Groupon, I told them to reorder the item again, which their process is the same. And here I'm waiting another 2 weeks on the delivery of this item. I'm highly upset.
I purchased a ticket on Groupon to take an online concealed weapons class - however, after registering for the class - and using the voucher code sent by Groupon - the site would state that I was unauthorized to use it - however it let me use it to sign in and take my money. After numerous attempts to sign in - I wrote 23 emails to the National Carry Academy - to no avail as no one has ever responded - I also tried to call on 2 different phone numbers and both are busy constantly and there is not reaching them.
I then contacted Groupon who stated that I should clear my cache and try again - I did - and nothing happened - same issue. Then I asked for a refund and they told me that the voucher was a view and pay and therefore could not refund me. This Groupon company appears to be a scam and seems like they sold me a fake ticket or a ticket to a company that does not either exist or is a scammer - buyer beware! Do not trust Groupon - they are just bad and a rip off! They ripped me off and I would be very careful with them - as for me - I will never use this groupon junk again - lesson learned!
I have used Groupon in the past, however, at this time they have shut down their offices for customer support due to the pandemic. I called the merchant line and selected an option for customer purchase support and got a recording that states this. I purchased a groupon for Qualtry. Long story short, the voucher code did not work. I have spent countless hours on the phone/computer talking and emailing and chatting trying to get someone at Groupon to respond. We are going on two weeks, no response. Qualtry can only say it is not their issue... Groupon will not respond to any of my requests to speak to someone... I guess they are just ok with taking your money and not making sure that you get your purchase... BE AWARE...
I have used Groupon in the past and had great experiences with them. I even went as far as paying the 5.99 monthly fee and became a member. However recently I had the worst experience with them. My sister and I purchased a deal for a theme park in orlando. On my last day there fell ill and was hospitalized for 2 days. I was 6 months pregnant. I went back home and contacted customer service asking for a credit. They refused to give me a refund which was fine because all I wanted was a created but they refused to give me a credit. Even after the sales manager at the theme park said it was fine. I canceled my membership and will no longer be using Groupon.
I used Groupon because they were giving a discount on Cosco and the deal was, pay $60 and receive $40.00 discount card within two weeks. That was a lie, it has been over 4months I haven't received anything, I will be canceling my membership with Cosco before the renewal date it's just bad business for Groupon to advertise a incentive under false pretenses even though $40.00 isn't a lot it's the principals.
I was trying to find out about rescheduling my groupon purchase covid and all - the person online not in Australia no doubt was not at all interested in helping me out - i didn't want anything but to reschedule - what a complete loser - dont deal with groupon at all - definitely no after sale service - person i spoke with was Bigyani C who offered me no service - do yourself a favour and stay away

Groupon sold me services from a company that's out of business and took nearly two weeks to get back with me and offer me "Groupon Bucks" When I refused the Groupon bucks and made my 4th request for a refund, they finally issued a partial refund. I paid $55 and they refunded $44 with the irrational and ridiculous explanation being that the difference was for the discount I got because the Groupon was on sale when I bought it?!?!
I was ripped off by Groupon. I was in DC for one day, a Tuesday. I could not walk. I bought a trolley tour for best solution to see as much as possible. The trolley never came. I called the trolley company to find out that they only operated Fri-Sun. I checked the ad and it did not state that. After a week of useless emails I was told they could do nothing. They kept my $60 and told me too bad.
I purchased a air vent cleaning for $49 dollars. I put it on a credit card. I called the merchant for an appointment. They never showed or called. I call Groupon after seeing that it had been refunded on my Groupon account. Groupon said my card was declined and they didn't charge my credit card for the service. I get my September credit card statement and a $49 Groupon charge for August 18 is listed. They don't acknowledge the charge and claimed they never charged my account. They refuse to give me a refund and offer me $49 in "Groupon Bucks" instead. I don't know what "card" they claim to use but it didn't exist. They charged my card and i have proof. My credit card company is fighting this. DON'T USE GROUPON! They are fraudulent and will take your money and hid being a bunch of lies! You've been warned.
Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.

Answer: I usually call the merchants I am interested in before buying the coupons, and ask them if the groupon coupons work, and how much more I have to pay. You could do the same, contact the merchants you are interested in and ask them how groupon works for them?

Answer: The one I took by Holly and Hugo at least were I would research the company before buying. Also about twice a year they put all their courses for $5! I got mine completed it and it helped boost my resume and I was able to get a vet assistant job pretty quickly compared to before where I only got a call back from about one place which didn't lead anywhere. :) hope I could help!

I've had nothing but good experiences from Ideel in all regards - product satisfaction, price, shipping, etc. - but I've never had to contact customer service so I don't know what you'll get, but they're phone number is (888) 835-1719.
Answer: They are the absolute worst about answering customer service complaints. They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders. Good Luck and don't leave a sordid detail out of your complaint.
