Every thing is good unless you ordered any thing. I specially had bad experience from Groupon Goods. You will receive confirmation of product and done, now every thing is on mercy of Groupon. You are lucky if you receive product with in a month. Tracking number provided in shipping mail is generally not working. Product are not exactly same that ordered. In my case, I received totally different product.
More important, return policy: Fine print says every thing is simple. Groupon missed out finer prints like:
1. You need to justify why are you returning product?
2. There is no replacement available after deal closure.
3. Pay shipping charge from your pocket.
4. Wait for another 2-3 weeks (My refund is still missing) to get refund.
5. I think, It will not be cash/card refund but Groupon money, so you need to be a part of this game again:)

The products are ok, once you finally get them. However, they do a weird thing with their shipping in that it starts with UPS, but instead of UPS just delivering it to you, UPS delivers it to your local US Post Office, who then will deliver it (if you're lucky, unlike me this time) the next day. I'm not sure why they need that extra step in there or why they can't allow us to choose the delivery, but it is annoying when it breaks down. I am currently waiting for a delivery that was supposed to be delivered by USPS on Saturday. I waited ALL day for the delivery and it never came. I looked at the USPS track and confirm site later that night and it said that they made a delivery attempt AND left a notice! WHAT!?!?!?! I was at home then and they didn't come! They didn't leave any delivery notice either. So I then tried to find where the package is today and was told it was at a local office waiting for me to pick up. I go there and they said they don't have it and it was "still on the truck", but they couldn't say whether that meant they would try to deliver it again today. So I contact Ideeli to complain and the CS person acted like it didn't really matter that I'd wasted my entire day Saturday and all morning today dealing with this!

Ideeli, you need better customer service who at least act like they care when you've wasted so much time dealing with these problems. I will likely never buy from there again now.

Ideeli has begun a new program in conjunction with UPS and the US Postal Service to offer packages delivered to our customers using both UPS as the primary package carrier for your order with the final leg of the package's journey completed by the US Postal Service. I have been using Groupon for over a year now and typically have been very happy with each purchase. Recently Groupon advertised a "Power Bundle for iPhone and iPod" for $15, plus $3 for shipping. I figured for $18, having another set to charge my devices would be great. I made the purchase and about 3 weeks later I received my item. I was shocked at the quality of the item when I opened the box. These items were flimsy, light weight and overall very cheap. I attached the plug to the dock to see if it would even work and was surprised to see it happen, but then I unplugged the device to have the plug break into two leaving part of the plug in the dock and the other part in my hand with wires everywhere. What a disappointment. I emailed Groupon and was told I could return the item, however, I would have to pay for the return shipping. Why am I responsible to pay shipping both ways for such a crappy product? Shame on you Groupon for not taking pride in the quality of the products you sell.

ONE SENTENSE TO EXPRESE THIS SITE: CLASS AND INTEGRITY IN THEIR PRODUCTS MEETS PERFECTION!

I just signed up to be a member at ideeli.com. So far, I have received 3 shoes!
I extremely love the shoes and the great quality! The shoes feel like a million bucks! I got all the shoes at a discounted rate e. G $29, $39. Talk about quality!
I could put on these shoes and stand at multiple places for 18 hours without feeling the slightest hint of pain on my pinky toes!

The only thing I'm not very much impressed with is their clothes. For some reason they are coming a little to big even after checking out their size chart.

After trying a couple of mediocre sites such as shoedazzle.com, I do not have any complaints about this nice site.

They have honestly made me visit the site once every 2 weeks because of the irresistably great items they have. I always find myself want to spend my money every time! Shoes are my weakness and they have literally killed me!

Groupon only works when everything goes right and the business company or person selling the vouchers are honest, which is obviously not always the case! In fact, Groupon offers a perfect avenue for bogus offers, since customers pay upfront. And just try to get your money back! Near on impossible, considering they strike you off their system and your emails requesting the refund bounce back. Totally flawed and predatory business model! No customer protection whatsoever. I regret being so naïve as to believe that I was getting good deals. Never mind paying upfront and getting a below standard service for your money (which also happened to me), but the worst is to never get the service and realised that it would have been much cheaper, convenient and hassle free to pay full price for it.

Beware of the 'subject to availability clause'. If they get booked out, and its past the 1 week period where you get your refund, they can only issue a partial refund. If you try calling, there are extremely long wait times and you need to email them early if you didn't book until later in the valid period. Technically you should be able to book at any time during the period in which it is valid... there were no warnings to tell you to book early in case you missed out. And you've paid and given 'consideration' under contract law so why should consumers still be subject to 'booking early'? I thought a place was guaranteed.

I really could not be more frustrated. I used to have my ideeli purchases shipped to my job, but I recently took another job, so before I placed my last order I updated my shipping address, made my HOME my primary shipping address, and deleted all others. Imagine my surprise when I tracked my package and it is being shipped to the old address! I did a live chat immediately, and the girl was very nice but gave me two choices. Either drive two hours round trip and pick it up myself, or wait a month for the package to be returned to them and reship per. And if anyone has ever shopped ideeli before, when THEY say one month, it must really mean three. I have been emailing back and forth with the customer service "team", only to have them repeatedly infer that this was my error. I am so frustrated! I love the deals I can get on ideeli, but for flat rate $10 shipping from every customer, you would think that they could figure this out. If this is not resolved by the end of the day I WILL be filing a complaint with the BBB and contesting the charge with my credit card company.

Groupon seems to have great deals but that's if you're lucky. If you're unlucky and get a crappy deal, don't go asking for a refund because you won't get it. Once your money goes to Groupon they will not give it back or even compensate you with Groupon bucks to get something else. I wasted $100 for a deal that I have yet to be able to redeem. I told the customer service about it and they told me there was nothing they could do to help and told me to give them away as gifts.

All and all, Groupon has poor customer service and not so great deals. I rather try my luck with Living Social in the futute.

Groupon does not honor their own rules. I had an expired groupon, which, they say can be used towards another Groupon, wrong, they say you can only use the groupon at the place where the expired groupon is for. What if I bought a groupon to use out of town and am not going back, waste of money... Buyer beware!

I called the company I bought the groupon for and the number had been temporarily disconnected. I called Groupon and they looked into it for me and the company had gone bankrupt a few months back. They issued a refund immediately.

Ideeli was the first of the online TJ Maxx/Marshalls/etc sites that I ever used. It has certainly contributed a fair amount to my wardrobe.
Shipping:
I generally find the shipping from Ideeli to be, well, ideal. The other sites HauteLook, JackThreads, Fab, etc all seem to have made me wait longer than Ideeli ever has before shipping out my item(s). They also only make you pay once a day for shipping, which is genius for a site that promotes such impulse purchases as this genre does.
Checkout Process:
As a website designer that has worked on User Experience, Ideeli blew me away. There whole checkout process is meticulously geared at getting you to confirm your purchase without really thinking twice. Because of this, be careful with this website if you don't have the purchasing liberty granted by large amounts of disposable income.
Variety:
They tend towards the higher end items but for pretty deep discounts. They upgraded me to the advanced member section free for 3 months so I could get in on sales before they sold out. That was a bit of a waste. I didn't find that I had any more spectacular options for savings. This may very well be different if I wasn't a male. The site obviously has far more options for females. Blast! But welcome to the plight of the fashionable, straight male.
Overall, I like Ideeli and check it regularly. They have solid customer support and I have yet to be 'screwed over' by them. However, I have found myself ordering from Jack Threads more of late; mainly because they carry more casual summer wear options for young men.

If more people would read the fine print that is clearly stated in big bold letters and our refund policy, then maybe these folks would understand things better, but people are so fast to buy something they dont read, me personally if im buying something im going to read everything with this purchase

They sent me invalid coupon that merchant did not accept. I have been on the phone with customer service for over a week now and they are unable to fix the issue. Will go for refund. Hopefully I can get my $200 back.

I am disappointed with this site and company.

I placed my first order on ideeli for some accessories i'd been coveting on the designer's site (so i was happy to see it on sale), however after the order went through on the site, i never received an order confirmation email. I figured it might take a few minutes, so i checked again a couple hours later, still no email. Then i tried logging into the ideeli site, only to find that my email and password kept coming up as invalid, and i was certain i had typed in the correct info. I even tried using the password assistance, but it did not recognize my email address. I kept checking my email to make sure it was the same one where i received the ideeli deal alerts.

I finally contacted their live chat help, which didn't really help me at all because they said they had to escalate my issue to another department, who was going to contact me in 1-2 business days. Furthermore, they told me that they could only see that the order was cancelled, which i had no notification for. After reading some of these reviews, i realized that they had most likely locked (or deleted) my account on fraud suspicion. I then checked my credit card account, and it showed two charges for about $1 each. Interesting. The customer service rep could not explain why i was charged, nor could they tell me what it was for. However, i received no email or phone call or any indication prior to this that anyone was trying to get in touch with me about my order, like another reviewer had mentioned.

What makes it even more odd is that after chatting with the support representative, i received an order notification email saying "thank you for my order" and that it was "being processed," but which was basically blank, did not list any of my items, and the total amount being $0.

I'll be calling my credit card company tonight to try and do some damage control before a fraud alert is put on my card, because now i'm paranoid that every order i place online from now on will be branded as fraudulent. Thanks, ideeli.

Unfortunately, the sale will be over before the other department will get back to me so i know that i will no longer be able to purchase the items. Such a shame, because this is one of my favorite designers, and was excited to be getting what i thought was a great deal. It puts a black mark on both the designer and ideeli.

I recommend everyone to stay away from goods sold on Groupon, it is impossible to return anything once you purchase it no matter how dissatisfied you may be. This is very poor customer service. But I still think that it is worth buying Groupon for services, but not for goods.

THEY HAVE THE DEALS, THEY ALSO HAVE SOME OF THE ULTRA LUXE LABLES. THEY ALSO BRING IN A GREAT DEAL OF FRENDH PRODUCT. THEIR REAL CLAIM TO FAME IS 'THE RED' SALE'. THESE BABIES ARE KNOCK DOWN DRAG OUT AFFAIRS AND THE FASTED COMPUTER WILL WIN. THEY ALSO OFFER THE BEST SIZING INFO I'VE FOUND. RATHER THAN USING ONE STANDARD MODEL FOR EVERYTHING, THEY USE THE INFO FROM THE INDIVIDUAL LABEL. INVALUABLE, AS WE ALL KNOW SIZES ARE ALL OVER THE MAP. ANOTHER GREAT FEATURE IS ALL DAY SHOPPING FOR ONE SHIPPING PRICE ($9.95) THEIR ONLY DRAWBACK THAT I CAN SEE IS HOW LONG SHIPPING TAKES. THEY HAVE ADOPTED A UPS WITH A USPS FINISH WHICH HAS TAKEN ONE OF THE LONGER SHIPPING TIMES AND MADE IT EVEN LONGER!

I ordered a dress from ideeli and they sent me an email saying they were unable to complete the order. They issued a $10 voucher and promised free shipping on the next order I place. I talked to a woman on their chat service, and she was nice while I was obviously frustrated. I asked why the vendor couldn't fill the order and was told first that they didn't send the item and later when I pried a bit more, that the item "wouldn't pass ideeli's standards for quality." Ok. Fine.

That being said, I find it absolutely ridiculous, especially with the way the site is structured, that when an item is listed as "in stock" that they cannot complete my order do to "an inventory problem." I also understand that there is a quality standard, but why would you evaluate an item after you already decided to sell it.

Then, I get on here and a few other sites, and oh my gosh the reviews... The fact is that a website that clearly needs to function on efficiency is obviously lack just that. I also work in customer service. If I had to apologize as many times as the rep Jason Faria from ideeli.com does, then I feel like I would have to bring that to my superiors. Maybe that has happened, but ideeli has no improvements to show for it.

I do not think I will be using either the $10 voucher or the free shipping as I just cannot trust a company that says "we're always looking for ways to improve our members' shopping experiences and are very open to feedback and suggestions" and "our number one priority is providing great service to you" and there are no obvious markers of improvement.

I was really looking forward to wearing that dress.

One of the reasons we can offer such low prices is because we keep very little inventory; we receive the items directly from the vendor. Unfortunately, however, this means this can happen from time to time. If we receive the items from the vendor and a few do not pass our quality standard, some members may not receive their orders. However, please rest assured that this is not a regular occurrence and we'd rather pass on the savings to our members instead of keeping inventory to avoid this infrequent mishap.

I understand that you feel there have been no indications of improvement. However, please know that we do listen to our members and do take their comments into consideration. As one example, we recently made the transition from store credit returns only to the option of cash refunds per the requests of our members. We have also extended our Live Chat hours so that we are more available for questions as our members shop. However, this does not mean that we cannot continue to improve and your feedback, as well as the feedback shared here by others, is greatly appreciated as we do continue to strive to provide the best service and experience to our members.

Recently bought a flat iron from ideeli.com right away I noticed it was fake, its pretty obvious. We sent it to the company and they confirmed that it was a counterfeit. Ideeli customer service is non existent. I rather the service at the dmv on a busy day.

I ordered some jbuds(earphones) it said they were originally 89dollars which is a total lie! They sell them on amazon for 15 dollars and i paid 22dollars on groupon for these horrible earphones! They were broken when i plugged them in!
Im very pissed off and i plan to return them as soon as possible but i have to wait 24hours for them to get back to me! Ugh... i do not recommend this site!
