I purchased a computer and never received it. Groupon told me to talk to the company and I did. The company told me that the order number I gave them do not exist. I also sent them my invoice of purchase. I still haven't got any answers from the company or Groupon. You can't call them. You can only send them emails and hope they get them. I can't get anyone to help me. I won't be ordering from them again.
Customer service is a joke. My emails haven't been answered and chats get expedited to a supervisor who may or may not exist.
I purchased tickets to sky zone for my kids literally yesterday! Well I get to sky zone they tell me I don't have a reservation which was oddly strange because I CLICKED THE LOCATION I WANTED THAT I ALWAYS GO TO! Well it looked like PLAINFIELD INDIANA was the selection I don't even live no where near there called to speak to someone about a refund for this mistake which GROUPON STATS IN THEIR POLICY IF SOME GOES WRONG AND WE ARE NOT SATISFIED THEN THEY WILL MAKE IT RIGHT! Well no that's not the case I've talking to 3 different PEOPLE now and they are all telling me NO THEY WILL NOT REFUND ME MONEY FOR A COUPON THAT I AM NOT EVEN GOING TO USE OR REDEEM WHICH I FIND IS COMPLETE BULLCRAP AND NOW IM READING OTHER REVIEWS AND SEE THAT GROUPON IS A STRAIGHT SCAM SCAM SCAM! And will DO NOTHING TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT WITH CUSTOMERS AND GROUPON SHOULD BE CANCELLED!
Do NOT buy anything from these thiefs! No customer service. Can't give them 0 stars not an option!

I was searching for tickets to go to Orlando horror nights. I googled "Orlando, fl Halloween Horror nights discount". A link to groupon came out and promoted me to pick a date and pay. We did just that and after we bought the tickets, in very small print, it stated it was for Hollywood California not Orlando. Being that we don't even live in California and hadn't used the tickets at that point, we tried asking if we can get a refund. We were even willing to trade the tickets to the Orlando ones who were also being sold on their app. They were a bit more expensive but we were willing to pay the extra and still buy them from Groupon. After three days of communicating with anybody we could, finally hear from the manager saying they can't refund us bc I'm very tiny print it states "no refunds". Considering that they took us to the wrong site when we looked for Orlando discounts and considering the fact we don't live in California, I feel Groupon could have helped us and should have helped us if they wanted to. It's also important to state that two different customer service representative told me straight out that that mistake has happened multiply times. These customer service representatives also stated that they were confident the manager would be willing to help us. They still did not refund our money. They apparently can't survive without my $300 they tricked us into giving them. I will never ever use Groupon again.
Avoid at all cost. Don't even consider buying anything from here especially the magazines.
They basically funnel it to doplhin magazine which is terrible rating and there's hidden fees that are not made visible in the groupon site.

I placed order and received confirmation, the shipping never happened. When asking customer service, they make excuse on PayPal transaction. Exactly transition nothing wrong. They requested me to cancel the order, I agreed and let them do. Then they said they can't and I have to contact the seller. I go back to to Groupon website, no option to cancel! I don't know how to deal with this situation.
I just bought wrong horror night tickets (hollywood california, instead of orlando florida) 6 days before the event... and they said that they can't refund my money, and not even to switch to the right park. (Even though they are the "same" park of attraction).
Please don't try to buy anything from here, its not fair for people to lose $168 just because of an error, and something that can be fix soo easily. So sad for universal studios to make deals with this 3rd partie company good for nothing. (Probably won't renew my family year-pass with them anymore)
We have been working with GP for a salon I manage and it has been a complete nightmare. Neither of our reps have helped us and we were left to fend for ourselves. We have been trying to get things removed from GP for 9 months and we STILL can't get into contact with anyone. They also send our clients notifications to buy several of the same service even though it's suppose to be one voucher per service per person. So either we honor them and lose A LOT of money or people get mad at us for GP's issues.
I purchased a coupon and never received the redemption code! They are saying that I used the code the same day I purchased it which is a lie. I've called the company and they assured me that I haven't ever had service from them before. So where did my code go? Do not waste your money here!
BE AWARE. I have had close to $3000 in Groupon Bucks sitting on my Groupon account which were due to the fact that I purchased trips abroad and they were all canceled due to Covid and none of the trips were able to depart during that time. Groupon removed the money from my account on 8/24/22 and I am not getting any help regarding where the money are. I even contacted the CEO of the company at *******@groupon.com and no response. Live Chats are absolutely useless. No help whatsoever. GROUPON STOLE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT
Usually more expensive than companies offer regularly. No phone number to call them to complain about Groupons not working. Groupons expire and do not coordinate availability with places.

Have used Groupon without any issues over the years HOWEVER my latest experience was an unmitigated disaster, the agents really could not care less. I attempted to purchase vehicle breakdown cover of the groupon site, however the voucher was not accepted by the merchant. After a long chat to someone overseas i was offered a refund and told to try again the next day! The whole fiasco was repeated the following day without any explanation offered. Bye Groupon, anothe lost customer.
I clicked on an ad to purchase tickets for the summit and they sold me tickets for one world observatory, a completely different attraction. The. Refused to issue a refund because of their fine print. Groupon is a scam and a completely unethical company. Do not do business with these scumbags.
I ordered leggings from GroupOn and realized that the wrong address was on file for delivery. I messaged them several times and received no response. No one answers the phone, the emails, and I couldn't even cancel the order. Now my order is in the process of being shipped and it's heading to the wrong address. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm so annoyed right now. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I recently purchased tickets to Bush Gardens for me and my two kids and wife via Groupon. I used Groupon app on my iphone. When I arrived at the gate and as I tried to pull the tickets so they can be scanned I was in no luck. All Groupon instructions say is: login to your account, click on mystuff and the click voucher— and this is not even on the app itself, rather it's online. Well there was nowhere this voucher can be seeing. It turned out after I spent an hour + in frustration, this instructions is not supported by Safari, the iphone browser. As soon as I switched to Chrome and used Groupon website instead, problem was solved. It's so shame that we are in 2022 and Groupon is not aware of this issue. I attended college in 1998 and back then in my computer science programming class, I remember learning about how to handle different internet browsers when designing websites. And now 24 years later one of the largest internet company in the world is still missing this capability? It's shame Groupon!

I have put in three inquiries regarding the same purchase to Groupon via email. NOT ONE RESPONSE. ZERO customer service. Be 100% positive that the price is correct and the vendor is in business BEFORE purchasing. You won't get your money back if anything goes wrong. Any class action suits happening? I want in!
I -was- using Groupon since 2016 and bought a Sam's Club Plus membership on August 18th, 2022 then an hour later went to log onto Groupon to check the status of my order but got the "Incorrect email or password. Try again" so I checked my saved passwords in Firefox which confirmed the password being entered was right so I tried to reset it by getting a link via email but got "We received your password reset request, but unfortunately, there is no account on file with this email address." I was annoyed and about to file a dispute with Paypal and had all necessary screenshots of my purchase, the BS email, the error on Groupon's site ready but then I saw a reversal on my Wells Fargo bank activity so I assume Groupon deactivated my account for no reason at all. It's a good site until that happens which doesn't really make it a good site, does it.
Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.

Answer: I usually call the merchants I am interested in before buying the coupons, and ask them if the groupon coupons work, and how much more I have to pay. You could do the same, contact the merchants you are interested in and ask them how groupon works for them?

Answer: The one I took by Holly and Hugo at least were I would research the company before buying. Also about twice a year they put all their courses for $5! I got mine completed it and it helped boost my resume and I was able to get a vet assistant job pretty quickly compared to before where I only got a call back from about one place which didn't lead anywhere. :) hope I could help!

I've had nothing but good experiences from Ideel in all regards - product satisfaction, price, shipping, etc. - but I've never had to contact customer service so I don't know what you'll get, but they're phone number is (888) 835-1719.
Answer: They are the absolute worst about answering customer service complaints. They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders. Good Luck and don't leave a sordid detail out of your complaint.
