I purchased Dr Dre earphones, they arrivedafter 2 weeks, theyre was no box so no instructions no guarantee, bought as gift but looked like they were second hand without the box.

I tried to make a transaction two times and said cant be processed had a problem with my credit card so i tried a different card and a different order same item and the next day the two transactions that cold not be prepossessed went through and customer service said cant help me so now i have 3 of the same thing wtf
Ordered 12 Bottles of Torla Tinto Rioja Crianza Wine for £48.99 With Free Delivery (55% Off) they said delivered in 7 working days, now 9 days since i ordered, the email address for sender of wine is no good, got onto groupon they said they will look into it.

Purchased Luminess Air Make up system for decent price. Payed for it 2 weeks ago and why is it that it wont be delivered until the day after Christmas? Says it qualifies for free expedited shipping, what a lie! I know it is the holidays, that is exactly why I purchased two weeks ahead of time. Still confused as to why it takes a package 3 weeks and a day to move from Texas to Kentucky. A professional runner can run it here in less time than that! I will never buy from Groupon again, they lie and are unhelpful. It will be just my luck that the damned thing is defective. It is a good thing this is a present for my mom, she understands that one gift will be late. Shame on you Groupon for ruining Christmas with your lies!
I purchased groupon for 4 hrs cleaning services. The deadline to use this coupon is in february 2016. At 10:30 pm in Nov. 2015 the coupon was redeemed automatically without my knowledge. I realized this in the beginning of Dec 2015 when I tried to use the service. Then I tried calling Groupon, Used their call back program that never called me back. I even wasted nearly an hour listening to silly messages. I used their chat program. That told me to send messages for someone to answer my queries within 24 hours. This was about a week ago. Two days ago I got an email asking me to wait just a bit longer for my answer and that a "real person" will contact me soon. I am still waiting.
I used Groupon before and their service went seriously downhill now. I will not use Groupon in the future and waste my money.
Make friends at the bar and team up with this website. Makes things easy.
Fraud, company sells fake stuf, and then they tell you sorry for the confusion and you can not return it since its final sale. Worst experience ever.
If you have friends this works out, if you don't collect a few bums and it will work out.
This company has shown how dishonest they are I ordered Samsung headphones for 29.99 and groupon sent it out with the wrong address and it was returned to groupon warehouse. Instead of returning my purchased item they wanted to refund my original order price of 29.99 and have me repurchase the same item for 59.99. Instead of taking the responsibility for an error they made they refused to do the right thing this was a Christmas gift there only interest is to get more money from me instead living up to the order I made. Stay away people!
I agree totally with the posted reviews. Something horrible has happened to this company. STAY AWAY! My first clue was a couple of months ago. 20% was promoted, but somehow I was charged full price. I reached someone in a third world country who refused any help. When the item arrived, it was the wrong color, and back it went. They did issue a complimentary shipping label. When the item was reduced a few weeks later, against my own intuition, I ordered it again. ALAS! They sent the wrong thing again. Again they issued a complimentary label, but charged an $8.95 return fee. Now, of course, live chat no longer exists, and it has been over a week since I emailed them. I will contact my credit card company. I urge everyone to dispute bogus charges by these crooks, no matter how large or small.
A lot of groupon goods are really inferior products. For example an extra large shirt fits like a small with sleeves 4" short. Impossible long wait times for delivery and when you write to them you get a form letter that doesn't address your problem. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU NEED THE AGGRAVATION!
They advertise businesses that are not doing well... there is normally a reason for that.
Also goods are cheap but quality follows the price...
Really hard to find the best coupons, it have to many useless or expired coupons that need to be removed cause are a waste of time for any user.
Also, I tried to submit a real coupon that It was working for me and that coupon never went online.
I have been an Ideel customer for several years. They used to be a good company, but their service has gotten so bad, I suspect they are about to close their doors. I made sure all the items in my last purchase were returnable. I knew I only had 2 weeks to return items, but turns out it is two weeks from THEIR ship date. I have had the items in my hot little hands for eight days. One item was a gift that the birthday girl needs in a different size, I jumped on the site to get a return started and guess what... they shipped it 15 days ago. The items are no longer eligible for return. Seriously?
Check out their new return policy, all items for return must be dated before the 10th of January. That tells me they are about to go out of business. Don't order anything from Ideel unless you like gambling...
They act like scammers as I signed up as a supplier I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID and have cancelled my deals with them. Customer services is non existent and they keep taking peoples money
I bought 2 DJi phantom 3 drones Dec. 1st. They shipped Dec 7 and I rec'd one Dec. 10. I immediately emailed Groupon and the next day I rec'd an email stating my order was delivered Dec 10th. Dec. 13th I called customer service and explained that Fedex only picked up one item. They apologized for their error and said they would have to send this info to another dept. to investigate, but I probably won't get the other item until after Christmas. The item was in stock and paid for Dec. 1st and they can't get the item to me in 25 days. There has to be someone at that company with common sense enough to say, "It was our fault! Ship that order TODAY and we will figure out the details tomorrow." I even offered to pay for another one while they figure it out. Who can I speak to who has the power to fix this. Surely Rich Williams would not endorse this breach of integrity.
I had ordered a car driving lesson coaching classes. I had tried the number of the merchant a number of times but they didnt lift the phone. Then I contacted customer service through email and they responded after 3 days of sending email. They told that the merchant will call back to me in 3 days and I told them that I didn't receive a call in 3 days via email and I haven't heard any response from them. I then tried calling customer service and the estimated wait time on a Sunday was 3 hrs. So I chose the option of calling me back. I waited for their call but I didn't receive a call. I then tried calling on a week day and still the estimated time they tell is 3 hrs and now there is no option of call back too. I am really frustrated with Groupon :( I will never buy anything on their site AGAIN... A really bad experience as I have my drive test in 2 days and I still havent heard from them.
A legit site that provides what is advertized and will work with you if the vendor doesn't hold up their end of the purchase. Gotten some good deals but you really need to track on your purchases cause once the deal expires, vendors will not honor the Groupon except for the purchase price.
I reported them and the more people reports them the louder our voices will be!
Don't wait and filed a complaint against them to BBB
Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.

Answer: I usually call the merchants I am interested in before buying the coupons, and ask them if the groupon coupons work, and how much more I have to pay. You could do the same, contact the merchants you are interested in and ask them how groupon works for them?

Answer: I wish I could say why, but a solution might be to contact Call Curtis, or your local News station that helps with consumer issues. They always seem to get fast resolutions, because companies hate BAD TV PUBLICITY.

Answer: The one I took by Holly and Hugo at least were I would research the company before buying. Also about twice a year they put all their courses for $5! I got mine completed it and it helped boost my resume and I was able to get a vet assistant job pretty quickly compared to before where I only got a call back from about one place which didn't lead anywhere. :) hope I could help!
Answer: Well, it's not Ideeli anymore... it's been Ideel for about a year now I think. Yes, there is a customer support phone number. I've had nothing but good experiences from Ideel in all regards - product satisfaction, price, shipping, etc. - but I've never had to contact customer service so I don't know what you'll get, but they're phone number is (888) 835-1719.
Answer: They are the absolute worst about answering customer service complaints. They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders. Good Luck and don't leave a sordid detail out of your complaint.
