Low price means that the quality is not high. When I purchase something by using Groupon, the service providers always want you to buy directly. Because Groupon will charge some fees from them.So... this will bother you and even the quality is lower.
Purchased a kayak trip for KayakMarco 138.00. Couldn't use it company has to be emailed everything. I requested three dates of course they got back to me after the dates stating not available lol. Groupon could have cared less. Will never use them again. Nor will I ever book through KayakMarco tours
A shame that Ideeli wnet out of business or was bought out, whichever. Groupon website looks cheap and uninviting, I won't use it, if they think Ideeli shoppers will switch over they should think again. There are tons of other, better websites that groupon. No thanks. One star is for groupon only because I don't think you can not give it any stars.
I used to spend tons on Ideali. No more since acquired by Groupon. Such a bummer. I wish Ideali would come back as it was.
Groupon doesn't appear to sell most of what Ideali offered. However, their site is so poorly organized you can't even be sure. I'm tired of seeing endless vibrators when searching for things like Tahari dresses and Marika tees, which I no longer can find.

A fault in Groupin's website caused a duplicate purchase of some tickets and they have refused to make a refund. I am inclined to take it on the chin but their response was so unhelpful and bordering on aggressive that I am unable to leave it. When asked why they would not make the refund they made reference to the terms and conditions which, funnily enough, made no mention of what happens if there is a fault on their website. Would I make a purchase through group on again? No. They are quick to take your money but very reluctant to return it. Thank God I didn't make a big purchase like a trip or holiday. You can't trust them as far as you can throw them.
I've now figured out most local service providers would prefer you call them and purchase directly from them instead just using the convenience of groupon. Because groupon charges them such large fees. It makes the whole process longer and inconvenient.
Ideel site was incomparable to others like it. The trends were HOT, the prices were just right. I am glad I was able to benefit from it. It was short lived, but everything good must come to an end. I am not all interested, in Ideel groupon. It does not do justice to the ideel or ideeli as I know it.
Like other people on here I miss ideeli.com! I have saved lots of money but I did ALL of my shopping on idelli. The beautiful shoes and dresses oh my. Now as summer approaches I have no where to buy one of a kind, individual style items! Everything in malls and specialty stores are generic and cookie cutter. This by far was a poor decision. I have purchased several deals in the past, however I am having a horrible experience getting a refund from a vacation deal I purchased! Everything showed the dates were available and once I purchased it and contacted Vacation Express I found out the hotel was not available. I contacted customer service within 45 minutes of the purchase and 1 week later I still have not received my refund! I have emailed and called customer service daily trying to get this resolved! NOTHING has happened!
Groupon always has nice pictures, but after purchasing a number of Groupons, I learned that there is a catch every time. It is very rare not to find a catch! For example, I recently purchased a $50 Groupon for a meal for two, which did not mention that there was an additional $20 gratuity required. I am paying $70 dollars for a meal that was totally not worth it. Groupon leaves a lot of important details out and avoids putting negative reviews on their site. This is what scammers and poor businesses do. I'll stick to Yelp to getting food from now on, at least their reviews are more legitimate. Good bye Groupon! Never again!
These coupons offer great discounts and are easy to use. I have used several and have always been satisfied.
I bought a 1.5 CT Princess Cut engagement ring from Groupon and boy was it horrible. I paid $1,200 with a MSRP of $11k. Was so excited waiting for it but as soon as I opened the box, my heart sunk into my gut. I couldn't ask my girlfriend to marry me with this ring. I took it to multiple jewelers and none of them would buy it from me. Not even for $500! I tried to get a refund but they had a no refund policy. I will not buy anything from Groupon again!

Just told by Christopher E. At Groupon customer support that he can't honor the purchase I made 14-days-ago of a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses. I made the buy with a 50% coupon sent to me for Groupon Goods. The purchase was complete. No need to do anything else, they would be sent in two weeks at the latest. Now they are giving me back my money, but I need to wait 10 days for that to clear. And nothing about losing the 50% discount. He said it COULD have been due to inventory shortfall. But they still have plenty of Ray Bans for sale. They could have just explained the situation and honored the price they gave me for the glasses and sent me a replacement pair. I have lost trust in their business, and will not buy any Groupon Goods again. Buyers beware!
I'm a regular client. I love Groupon. Never have had to pay for shipping/delivering. First price is what I pay. Easy payment, easy web, easy login. I received the purchase before 3 days.

The bracelet broke within two hours of purchase. I couldn't return it as my friend came after the expiration date. Would suggest you purchase elsewhere.
I have bought numerous items through Groupon. Some were good, others bad. But Groupon support helped me through all problems I have had. And the prices can be incredible!
Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.

Answer: I usually call the merchants I am interested in before buying the coupons, and ask them if the groupon coupons work, and how much more I have to pay. You could do the same, contact the merchants you are interested in and ask them how groupon works for them?

Answer: The one I took by Holly and Hugo at least were I would research the company before buying. Also about twice a year they put all their courses for $5! I got mine completed it and it helped boost my resume and I was able to get a vet assistant job pretty quickly compared to before where I only got a call back from about one place which didn't lead anywhere. :) hope I could help!
Answer: Well, it's not Ideeli anymore... it's been Ideel for about a year now I think. Yes, there is a customer support phone number. I've had nothing but good experiences from Ideel in all regards - product satisfaction, price, shipping, etc. - but I've never had to contact customer service so I don't know what you'll get, but they're phone number is (888) 835-1719.
Answer: They are the absolute worst about answering customer service complaints. They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders. Good Luck and don't leave a sordid detail out of your complaint.
