Order apparently despatched 2/11/16 - contacted their customer suport today 11/11 to say I had not yet received. Told to wait until the 16 November? No explanation offered despite me asking. And they charged me £1.99 for delivery. Will never use this company again.
My daughter purchased an iPad mini for my birthday, it was ok for a couple of months and then just died! Groupon refused an exchange or refund. Do not buy electricals, their warranty is worth nothing.
Here you go people, IT IS OFFICIALLY A SCAM, AND IS NOT A CERTIFIED COURSE AND QUALIFICATION, PLEASE SEE THE REPLY FROM GROUPON, I NOW URGE ALL WHO PURCHASED THIS TO COMPLAIN AND DEMAND A REFUND!

I have checked the. GOV website and 'ONLINE ACADEMIES' are not recognised, and therefore the courses offered are also not recognised, and any certification is not allowed, the course is a money making FAKE scam, i will be taking this further and I also demand a full refund of all monies paid for the 3 x courses I purchased with then, on YOUR SITE.

We have received an update from our management team stating that nowhere in the deal description was it mentioned that it's a certified diploma. So in this case we will not be responsible for the quality of service issue regarding the merchant. So in this case we will not be able to issue you a refund.

I ordered set pans off groupon when they arrived the glass lids were all smashed I emailed groupon at first they couldn't find my details after two days wanted photos of damaged goods which I sent along with date I ordered them to be told they couldn't replace them I could have £9 taken off the price they cost me £25 or send them back this is were it became annoying I had to print returns label I told them I've no printer I was told to ask neighbours or friends I told them that was not possible they told me to connect courier to arrange to pick them up I phone ed to be told wait for it... to print a label I contacted groupon again to tell them this after several emails I asked them to credit my account of the £9 and I would keep the stupid damaged pans they wanted proof the pans were damaged so I sent several photos which I forgot to mention I did send photos at the beginning of this then I got asked to send photos so £9 cud be credited to my account still waiting I will never order from this stupid site ever again they assume everyone has printers well I haven't so am left with set pans with no lids because they are smashed to pieces
I booked for the chimney sweeping from the company CT Home Express in Brussels, Belgium on July 2016. They said that they can provide the service by 5th of September. While I waited so long, they did not come on 5th of September. I called the company and they said that they can do it for 35 EUR. While I already paid the groupon coupon, I called the customer service to get reimbursed and to report on the non seriousness of the company. The repaid and said they had previous complaints of many other customers. I AM SURPRISED TO SEE THAT GROUPON IS STILL ADVERTISING FOR THIS COMPANY. THIS MAKE ME DOUBT ON THE QUALITY CHECK DONE BY GROUPON TO ITS SUPPLIERS.
Spoke to a Groupon CS chap last week and in light of the circumstances of my complaint a refund of money was agreed. Nothing received so rang again to be told by different CS person that I had been refunded in vouchers and cash refund had never been agreed (insinuated I was a liar). I'd already taken a photo of screen stating 'refunded back to orginal method of payment' against the actual order details and have sent email and photo but not heard anything yet. Unfortunately because the sneaky gits have now credited my Groupon account in vouchers Barclaycard can't refund me.
This company knowingly or unknowingly allowed a third party to use my financial details stored in their systems to purchase goods without my knowledge and authority. I have been informed of the purchase by an email from the company, belonging to me again stored in their system. I have failed to log in, to find out what is happening, using my email as by that time the hacker had also changed my email to his. Having checked my bank account I noticed 2 charges one of which was refunded by Groupon ( so they are aware of the transactions) but the second one was not. I then contacted the company and explained the seriousness of the matter as they may have breached UK Data protection Act and Failed PCI Compliance. They have been given me excuses but not refunding me the existing amount which was unlawfully created by the third party by way of making an unlawful purchase. These events of course involved Groupon in UK HOWEVER, Groupon uses many servers in and outside UK and who knows where the leak is. Google searches reveal that this is not an isolatedl case and happening to many innocent people. SO IT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU, AGAIN.
I am in the process in suing Groupon UK and will let Google and Credit Card Companies to be aware as well.
If this company stores, processes, or transmits any of the information recorded on a credit or debit card then it is required to be PCI compliant.
Although I believe they are PCI COmpliat however they have let a third party order a merchandise and used my credit card to pay for it. This amounts to a serious breach in their credit card storage facilities. This will no doubt will affect other innocent parties and cause financial stress and suffering.
It is also required that this business maintains current compliance at all times In this respect THEY HAVE FAILED and if you purchase anything from this company, you may run the risk of a Third Party helping themselves with your hard earned cash.
Having complained about Groupon's apparent lack of availability for a hotel stay, I have discovered how to ameliorate the problem I faced.

I made a purchase on Groupon website, from Groupon Goods Global. The item (an electronic tablet) should have arrived within 7 working days of the date of purchase. 3 weeks on I still have not received anything!... Contacted Groupon customer service but they were very unhelpful. On Groupon website it now says in my order details it has been shipped 2 weeks ago (!), however tracking reference for Royal mail is not valid (it did not enter their network at all!). Been told to wait, and again wait... Needed that tablet for my kids for travel and holiday! Poor service, poor custumer service, not happy. No order confirmation by email, no updates on order, no confirmation email for shipping (as they promise on their website). This tablet is no longer available on their website, sold out, and I wonder whether I will ever receive my order! Unreliable! Waste of time! Opened a case on Paypal and they did not even replied to my comments! As I do not know whether they'll post it or not I cannot even go to shop and buy another tablet as I do not need 2 tablets in the end...
I am normally not one to leave negative comments about a company but I really feel I need to about this company as the whole experience has been a nightmare. First off the delivery is not a guaranteed date, and you only find this out after you have purchased. I put down for a specific date and then followed it up with a phone call to ask. I was guranteed by the company they use "premierdeliveries" that my name was on the list and I would definetely receive my goods on this date. I took a day off work and guess what!. No delivery. I even had put special instructions, which you are offered to do, in the fields to state: please leave around back. Went to work the next day to then come home and find a "sorry we missed you" leaflet through the mail box and that I needed to rearrange delivery to which they would charge a £9.95 fee for the privilege!. Wouldnt mind but not only did they deliver on a day that wasnt arranged, but they also ignored my instruction to leave around back!. I have now called the customer service dept and been told that I will have to wait 7 days until I get a refund. I could nt really understand the chap that was speaking to me as his accent was very strong and to which he wasnt really giving me a clear indication of why there was this 7 day period. I paid via PayPal so the credit should show on the same day!... I think I will be raising a dispute in PayPal. I wished I had read all the reviews about this company prior. Lesson learnt on that one. So if you want an efficient company who deliver when they say they are going to deliver rather than on another date, and if you are not there to receive, charge a redelivery fee each time!. Then steer away from this company.
Had 4 orders with GroupOn - 2 totally messed up. Latest was a mis-delivery by Gardening Express (who don't seem to be able to tell the difference between a palm tree and a wisteria climber). Useless, rubbish site full of error messages. Useless idiots who tell you one thing - then do something completely different.
Well - they are cheap - you know what they say. Pay peanuts - get monkeys. Certainly true of Groupon UK. AVOID!
I never had a so bar Service trying to bug... "Error occurred"... Calli G Customer Services to understand what's going on... 22 min on the phone, no answer... 8£ calling... No any advise that was a call out of the bundle. I'll cancel the App I will never buy in Groupon
I've been waiting weeks for my order, every time I contact them they say wait another few days, then it's wait another few days and on and on we go. They refuse to refund me despite clearly being unable to deliver my goods. How are they allowed to trade like this? I'm now contacting Trading Standards for advice, given up on ever seeing my money again.
Ordered a double towel bale from Groupon. The image on the site showed big fluffy towels which looked really good and luxurious. Towels arrived yesterday looking flat and cheap! Washed and tumbled dried the towels thinking this would make a difference but sadly not! Compared my towels with the image on the site and they are nothing like what they claim to be selling! Have purchased via Groupon before and been happy enough but on this occasion I've been totally ripped off. If a deal looks too good to be true then it probably is. Wish I'd bought quality towels from any High St dependable store! Not happy
Groupon took almost £170 from my bank account twice, 2 days apart. I did not aware of and did not authorise those payments. But when I emailed them to solve this matter, they asked me to wait for their "expert help". I have to hang in there without any response since then. It's money, of course I'm anxious, but I gotta wait for them 10 working days without doing anything. I'm counting down to report the police or bank.
Ordered a New York double duvet before xmas as a present for a relative travelling there for her 40th this year. When I received it they had sent a Route 66 duvet, immediately sent it back through their collect service. Four weeks on and there was no reply so I contacted their customer service, unfortunately as my wife has lost the return slip there is no refund.

I bought a mystery goodie bag from them for about £20 in October or November 2015, a month went by and I still haven't received it or got an email saying it was despatched. So I emailed them and asked them what was going on, the woman who answered me told me they didn't have any left in stock so she refunded me and apologized. About 2 or 3 weeks after that I received an email saying that they've dispatched it. It's now January 2016, I got my money back but I haven't received what I ordered and I'm unsure that they even have it
After playing ping pong with emails i made a complaint through a site called resolver run by martin lewis of moneysaving expert, i got a few a replies then i sent them a copy of consumer rights 2015 i got off money saving expert.
They have now refunded my money, which i hope will be in my bank in 7 days.
I did email the supplier but never got a answer, any one reading this and are having difficultys with groupon use resolver or when sending a email to them quote them consumer rights 2015 and tell them to read it.

Ordered one of the promotions to have a completely different item delivered. Groupon slopey shoulders, have at the 5th attempt to try and get them to answer, pushed the problem onto the 'supply partner' Still no action.
I have bought 3 tickets for Shrek the musical on Groupon. When I called the theatre for the booking, they said the vouchers have been used, I have to contact Groupon. I contacted Groupon, they "raised" the case to their management 3 times, it is going on for 1 month now. Rubbish customer service, never use this site. I have been ripped off with £150...
Answer: Finally got it open, broke a steel rule and eventually had to use two clamps, hardly "easy to use"
