The quality of the pictures are poor. I did not receive my first book although they tell me a duplicate was sent over 3 weeks ago. I hope I do not have trouble canceling as others have stated in their reviews. While the idea is good, the quality is not.
I wasted money, you can see the pixels and it wasn't clear, I just went back to
Wall mart. I was really bummed because it looks like a great deal from when I saw it on shark tank.
This company has stolen my money for over 1 year, I have cancelled and cancelled and tried to get them to stop The only way to stop them from taking money that does not belong to them is to cancel your card The worst customer service ever Shutterfly should be ashamed
The photos printed are in the quality they are taken! I love this I get 1 a month and I love it. It's cheap and easy and delivered right to me!
Just some info. If you have been trying to cancel. And they keep charging call the bank, or company whos credit card you use for GrooveBook. You can tell them you want to remove this company from auto pay. They should be able to do it from their end. Second, you get ahold of groove book and tell them you are going to file fraud charges against them if they do not refund your money. If that dont work, you call the bank, or credit card company and report it as fraud activity. They are going to ask you questions about it. Be sure to have dates, ect available. I personally have not had an issue with groove book, nor has my son. I just wanted to give y'all a couple tips to hopefully help solve the issue
I've tried to cancel for over a year. They keep taking my money! I want this poor quality scam to stop! I haven't ordered any books for well over a year because I want it canceled. I thought that it would be a good company after seeing it on "Shark Tank". I was wrong. They are thieves with no way to contact them. They will not cancel no matter how many times I email them. They are breaking the law! They need to be stopped. No wonder the people on Shark Tank is rich!
I have cancelled three times in the past year. I have only received one book.
I want my 74.52 refunded back to my account!

Great concept, but the quality is so poor, don't waste your money. The photos were blurry. Color and contrast very different from original photos. I would not use them again, nor recommend them.
Awful. Commutation via email even if asked them to give u a call, they just write u another email with no way of resolving the issue
I had a baby about a year ago and was thrilled when I found an app that I could easily upload photos too without really going out of my way. At first the quality was pretty good (about comparable to if I printed them myself on a home computer), and served their purpose. However as I continue to receive them the photos are getting darker grainy. Also, for about the past 3-4 months the app rarely works for me! When I try to upload photos it literally takes about 1 hr. Or they just don't upload! I highly recommend that Groovebook step up their game because there are way to many competitors around!
I moved 3 months ago and updated my address on the app and I haven't received my oct, nob, dec or jan book. I have emailed them a few times and their response this morning this is the address we have for you which was my old address- I doubled checked nd my address is my new address so I emailed them back and told them that was the wrong address and I wanted the last 4 books asap. And haven't had a response back as of yet. I am very frustrated
I got my first groove book this month and i absolutely love it. For $3 and some change a month i think it is a great investment. Other companies like snapfish to get this mailed to me would have cost around $15. From other reviews that i have heard i will watch my credit card and make sure i am getting billed right and make sure i get my books every month. The other thing i will watch out for is the quality of the pictures. This months is pretty good for $3 but i did see some reviews that said the quality goes down. As for right now i really enjoy this app but will watch out for mistakes in the future.
I have been receiving Groovebook since I saw it on Original episode of Shark Tank
I am now many, many Groovebooks later.
Quality of photos were excellent, paper was high quality.
Selecting photos, uploading and ordering book was simple.
Slow on delivery, not great customer service. Received generic, inadequate replies.
Then when Shutterfly took it over the following changes for the worst started to occur:
Lower quality photos-not crisp pix, poor color & poor contrast, darker, lost brightness.
Paper thinner, lesser quality.
Originally able to order groove book anytime on or before your end of cycle date.
Now MUST order only on end of cycle date.
If close order early, you are required to order again ON end of cycle date or be charged for a second book whether you order it or not.
I also had an experience of ordering on proper day and as I was placing my order THEY stopped the order at 10 minutes before midnight and charged me for the month. The message said something to the effect that I would be charged the monthly fee since my order was not completed on time.
I still hesitate to quit as I enjoy receiving 100 pix / month for $2.99 though it's probably worth about $1.49.
After never even receiving a book from the company yet still being charged by them every month, I emailed them to cancel my subscription. The following day I received a conformation email saying my account had been canceled. It has not been 5 months since they confirmed that my account had been cancelled, but I am still being charged every month. Every time I email customer service they give me the same answer saying my account has been cancelled. They will not refund my money and they will not stop charging me for services that I am not receiving. Worst company and customer service I have ever received. Sign up with them only if you want them to steal your money.
I am very disappointed with groovebook! I joined& I was suppose to have a free book but I never uploaded any pics to get a free book. But they took money from my bank account... I ask them to give back money they took but they refused. They email they keep the fees for subscription. It was suppose to be free to join I thought. I refuse to pay them for something I didnt get! I I did cancelled my membership. I had to contact my bank fraud dept to stop them from charging my account any more fees. They crooks my opinion! I will not use them. They dont have no contact by phone communication, and all replys has to be done by email only.to all you people that are trying to cancel you subscription. You can go through your bank or credit card co. Put a stop paymt against them and file fraud charges through your bank. That will put a stop to them taking your money and cancel your subscription. Thats what I had to do and now they cant take any more money and they canceled my subscription. That is what you probably wil have to do. You have a right to cancel and it is fraud what they is doing taking money when people dont want to use them.****************update. Groove book DID give me a refund after I filed a fraud against them. I thankful I got my money back and cancelled subscription.
Groove book was great at first. But recently, I've noticed that the quality of the pictures decreased and I thought they were supposed to be 4x6? Thats interesting, because they do not fit into any of my 4x6 frames, too short and too fat- had to trim them. Great concept, I honestly am trying free prints an add I heard on pandora radio. No subscription, just pay for shipping and can order whenever you want. I hope this one works!
I, like soooo many others, I saw the amazing presentation on Shark Tank, where the photos had brilliant colors, were just as sharp & clear as the originals & were full pages with no white borders.
My first book came today. The photos I submitted were taken with a very good camera & were crisp, clear, sharp & colorful. The G-book I received did not have even 1 CLEAR photo. They were ALL grainy, dull, dark & had white borders on all the photos. I could NOT use these to frame for holiday gifts! They won't fit in a frame-too small for a 4x6 unless you leave the ugly white border on. Such a waste of time & money! Such poor quality! A HUGE difference than what was shown on the tv show! The photos were all of my new grandson & yet they chose a light purple cover... for a boy? No. I'm glad I was smart enough to cancel my subscription so I won't be out more money for poor quality photos. This company should have stayed small! The Shark Tank product is the product we all hoped we'd receive.
I saw this on Shark tank, what a great concept ordered, very pleased received 10 books, perfect, SHARK TANK CAME ON BOARD and now there's a white border on both sides of photo. So it's not a true 4 x 6 photos. Called, tried to explain, kept getting run around, so I cancelled, can't seem to cancel, go to another website
So far my experience has been positive. For 2.98 I get 100 pictures which is a great deal. I scrapbook with the pictures using the project life format. The paper is a little thinner which I like so I can use my 3 x 4 punch easily. It is a great way to get your pictures off your phone. Very easy to upload pictures
I am now using PhotoBooks. They are fantastic! Much nicer photos and choice of book sizes. Easy to do and fast delivery...
Answer: They are a horrible company... until the BBB or Attorney General's office gets on their case, they'll keep abusing customers. They didn't respond as Groovebook, and now with Shutterfly it's the same deal. Cancel your payments and sever your ties with them... otherwise you'll have aggravation forever. BJ
Answer: It is impossible to cancel! I had to dispute 6 months of charges to my credit card. Groovebook responded to my email cancellation 3 times and confirmed cancellation. However they continued to charge me. Thank goodness my CC expired so now every month they email me to say they are having trouble processing my payment and need a new CC. They are awful!
Answer: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! LOVED it until Shutter fly bought it... then the picture quality went to crap... grainy... poor color. HORRIBLE! There is NO customer service person to speak to... only email... and all you get is a generic scripted answer. IF you haven't signed up. DONT! If you have CANCEL!
Answer: Parkingtoday are now working after months and months of problems so hopefully the glitches have been fixed
