My 1st time ordering with Walmart was a bad experience because the person did not read or speak English A few more times prove that Walmart figured this system out by having a 3rd party to deliver your groceries they are not honest missed 50% of the time you will receive your groceries and the other 50% of the time I don't know what they do with it Truthfully is it worth it I don't know the selection of stores lead you hopeless because you're only able to buy canned goods and things that are shelf if you don't have a supercenter near you Walmart you need to try again because it sucks and buying reviews on other sites
And customer service promised me twice 25% off never ever seen the coupon

The one thing you ca count on is that there will be problems with every order. My orders rountinely get delivered to the wrong address, now they get canceled because I've "violated" their return policy by getting my money back for the orders that I never received. All the time saved inside of Walmart is replaced on hold with customer service. Absolutley horrible, get together Walmart.
We made a Walmart delivery order early Wednesday to be delivered later that afternoon. At 5:00 we were informed that they were running late and the delivery would be between 7:00pm and 9:00pm. At 9:00pm we contacted Walmart and were told the delivery would be the next morning. Around noon on Thursday we contacted Walmart again to find out about the delivery all the while the Walmart app is saying 'delayed'. By Thursday evening and no delivery when we again talked to Walmart about it we were told that it could be up to 48 hours from the original delivery time (not first come first served). We checked our online banking and sure enough our account was debited for the order (on Wednesday) after being told that they would not charge until delivery. By Saturday morning we still had no delivery so back to Walmart customer service we went. We also were told that we needed to cancel the order and re-place it again. Also that it would take 14 days to be refunded for the cancelled order. Needless to say we placed a new one for pickup, not delivery. So in short, Walmart has our money for 18 days for no goods or services rendered. What if Walmart is doing this kind of thing on a regular basis at stores all over the country? How much interest income are they receiving on the money they are getting for nothing?
Driver never dropped off package obviously took the picture in thier trunk and are a thief.
Walmart needs to provide a way to rate this dishonesty better instead or just replacing shipment in 3 days. I was still robbed and want justice.
Concerning my FAILED Delivery. I've spoken to Corporate on the phone concerning online delivery. I spoke to the store manager over Pickup and delivery and also Spark, Walmart driver service. I STILL could Not get my order. It can't be delivered. It can't be picked up. And if I cancel it. My money will Not go back to my card for 1 to 5 days, so I cannot even RE SHOP! I would LOVE to get more than 2 days of apologies. No food. No money. Bed ridden husband I was trying to order food for before going to work. Instead. He had to wait all day without food until I got off.
Too much! Too little. Too late.
I always ask that my delivery be brought to my door and it is usually ignored. Attempts to contact customer service usually result in 10 min hold then getting disconnected! Very POOR service!

3 cnt spray bottles = to less than 2 refills(3L) = $11.54... $5.77 extra cost
Are these substitutions to reduce inventory or to up-scale profits.
I just read about photos. I these were my big ticket items and I refuse to pay a delivery charge so I cancelled my online order. I'll try pick up but not tonight.
I ordered 66.00 worth of delivery. They put a temporary hold of 94.00 which says the rest of the amount will be given back in 7 business days.
Not only that they charged the amount of $94.00 in increments so 5 different charges show up on my account!
Not only that but I have a Walmart delivery subscription!
So $30 extra dollars are with held on my account for a week.
I was not made aware of this prior to placing the order and will not do this again
They do not communicate with the customer. You can't meet them downstairs because they do not let you know they have arrived. Leave groceries in lobby and they all get stolen. Specifically have it written down not to leave in lobby and they still do. I stopped shopping at Walmart. I would like to get in touch with the CEO and let him know how his customers are being treated. Terrible service.
Someone needs to "fix" the website mess and correct the many problems. Don't even think about calling and getting help on the phone. Impossible. Wanted to use the home delivery, but the site changes from one order to the next one and is quite confusing. Absolute terrible experience. Ordered Groceries from Walmart.ca - at 1:57pm. My order status said delayed, it then said I would receive my order at 4:05 PM or earlier. 4:30 PM Still nothing, I called customer service, and was told there was no driver available. I ordered some groceries for my daughter who's in college at her apartment the driver says the order was delivered and it wasn't so when I called walmart they act like they couldn't contact the driver and then told me to dispute the charges with my bank that's nonsense I made the order yall the one who couldn't deliver so I had to hang up and call back to finally get someone to return my money because they wasn't walmart has to do better they are bitten off more than they can chew and we are the one suffering at the end.
I have always ordered Groceries from Walmart, usually twice a month, the first year was fine, then since July last year, they have failed to deliver on the day and time slot that the groceries supposed to come. After waiting for more than another hour, you called Customer Services, they told you they will call the store to find out what happened, then they either said the Store did not answer the phone, or the Store said the driver is on their way which is a total lie. You waited for another couple of hours, they still told you the same thing but do nothing. You told them from past experience, if they don't show up at the time slots you ordered, they will never come, and asked Customer Service to cancel the order and refund you, such that you can put the exactly same order on the next day. Customer Services will said they have to call the store to cancel before they can issue the refund. Well the Store never cancel the order and ths status still said processing after 6 hrs. Your get so upset that you file a complaint with BBB and attached all the screenshots that Walmart pretended to show the driver is 15 min away and is coming, but the vehicle never moved, then the screen changed drivers name, but the car still did not move. I come to the conclusion that the Store is lying and is totally irresponsible, and so is the Customer Service who did not want to do nothing for the customer, they can see that the groceries is never delivered, but they refused to issue the refund, so that you can reorder the same thing the next day. The Head Office called and apologize and have the Store Manager called as well and assured you it will never happens again, and told you they have put notation on the computer that if the Store failed to deliver on the time slot allocated, instead of asking the customer waiting for nothing, should cancel the order and issue the refund. But when it happens again, Customer Service Rep said they can never find that notation even if you gave them the date last happened. They are totally pathetic and if you notice one thing, after charging you $7.97 for delivery, they started to sneak in an extra tip of 15% for the driver, which I notice and remove it. That tells me, instead of paying the driver themselves out of the delivery charge, they even want the customer to pay more to pay for the driver whatever company they are using now. Therefore I come to the conclusion that if Walmart is not using their own driver, you will never get your groceries. Also the worst part is if they failed to deliver, instead of putting Store failed to deliver, they put "Changed mind, no longer wanted" Never even want to admit their mistake. Do not know what kind of business it is that Walmart had gone so bad these days, totally irresponsible, totally negligence, and no customer satisfaction whatsoever!
My food order should be delivery at 2pm to 3 pm never arrived called customer service they told us to go pick the food at walmart when we got their the manager told us the person that has our food never returned the food back to the store. We waited until 8pm to call customer service for refund.
I did the free trial of this just to see how it was. They promise a lot with the Walmart+, but clearly cannot deliver.
First, there are no gas pumps at our supercenter, so you can take the benefit right off the list.
First order I tried actually showed up at the end of the appointed time. That was a fluke and never happened again.
The next two orders never showed up. Sat here all day both times and nothing. Walmart did refund my money.
The whole Door Dash thing is going to kill this for Walmart and is actually giving them a bad rep over it.
For crying out loud Walmart, you are the biggest retailer on the planet. Buy a few vehicles for each store and hire full time drivers to do this. Not enough deliveries for the day for those folks? Have them stock shelves that are always bare. This is easy and I'm not even trying hard.
Fix it already.
Answer: Non existent. You get a refund - no redelivery when they screw up. Worthless.
Answer: No one wants to work. Unless you tip well they won't take delivery

Answer: Exactly. That was my issue as well. It's very annoying and not very good customer service.
