Restaurant claims did not receive order. However, they did not hesitate to make my order. To be clear, I have no issue with the restaurant, but there is a discrepancy with the Grabull service.
I was expecting 20mins but the pizza was done before that. That was great. And when I got there, the pizza was kept warm. They put a lot of meet on there :D thank you for the great service
I ordered online on what seemed a reliable platform. However, when I arrived at the location to pick up my food I was notified by the location that Grabull is not an authorized Third Party to collect payment or process orders. Grabull has set up a fraudulent website to capture online transactions. The manager at the location stated that she wasn't even sure if they would receive payment from Grabull for the transaction. Apparently, the manager has contacted Grabull on multiple occasions and asked Grabull to remove their website and Grabull has ignored the requests.
Edit options would be better. It's difficult to go back and edit your option without deleting and starting over.
