The delivery driver called my cell- I could not understand him. He was told by the front desk where to go, but I had to meet him by the elevators and carry the food to the office. Normally, it would not have been a problem, but I am on crunches and had a hard time carryiong the bags and box. This is why I wanted it delivered
Grabull forgot to send a LARGE ORDER request to the restaurant (LEONE's). We ordered ahead of time (we placed the order the day before the delivery). Sadly, this mistake resulted in many teachers missing their lunch in celebration of TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK. It was embarrassing and disappointing, and I felt bad for the restaurant because it was not their fault. It was Grabull's fault for forgetting to send over the order. And there was no attempt from Grabull to make up for the huge mistake or take responsibility for the mistake.
When I received the over, the Driver showed me my receipt which showed my TIP ($40+). But she assured me that she received NO TIP, so I paid her a tip on top of what I ALREADY PAID to Grabull. Grabull must figure out a way to get TIPS to the delivery driver. It seems like Grabull is scamming us via the TIP.
Items where I included special instruction text were added twice to the cart, once with the note and once without

Placed an order on restaurant website linked me to Grabull, received confirmation, drove 20 minutes to find out they received order, had to wait 20 minutes for to be prepared and then call to get refund from Grabull and the answer given was "They never answer the phone" and still waiting for refund NEVER Again when I see Grabull I will move onto the old fashion way using the phone

Ordered takeout and asked for it to be delivered to our side door. Food was dropped off at a different spot, without any notification that it been delivered

It was hard to find what I was looking for, and during checkout, I couldn't see an itemization of what I was actually paying for, so I had to enter my credit card without knowing exactly what the cost breakdown was, which is uncomfortable. Also, the color is too bright red, I didn't like it.
I showed up at the restaurant. Because someone crashed their car into it a few weeks ago, the window was replaced by a board, and I got nervous, but they were open, and my food was ready. I took it home, and it was delicious.

We use Grabull because our favorite Pizzaria uses it.
I mean, it was odd that I had to add lettuce to every sub in order to add the sub to my cart, that was a bit crap since I didn't want lettuce on most subs.
Only downside for us here, you can't select Yoo hoo's as they are not listed in the beverage section.
Rather deal directly with restaurant with no surcharge!
