There are no search bars anywhere that I can find. Can't search for restaurants by name, can't search for a dish either within a restaurant or between them. Huge downgrade in useability from other sites.

I filled my cart, then was asked to log in. When I did so (I already had an account), my cart was empty and I had to start over.
I tried to get a new password and the email didn't come in time. And when entering the credit card exp date it indicates you should add a slash, but then it says illegal character.
The site is not as user friendly as it could be. For example, looking for pepperoni pizza, it is not my first guess to click on cheese and edit that. It would be better if there were more pizza options.

The pizza was 20 minutes late. I didn't receive an email saying it was out for delivery (like you get with Door Dash, Uber eats, etc.). The pizza was no longer hot when it arrived.
I placed a breakfast order at 7:45 that was supposed to be delivered in 21 minutes. 2 hours later it still hadn't arrived. The restaurant told me they called 4x to have a driver come get my food. I will never order using this service again.
