I don't like being forced to type a comment...its very annoying
I scheduled an 11:30am pick up the night before but didn't leave with my order until just before 1:00pm. I arrived at around 11:35 and was instructed to return in 15 min. After 15 minutes (11:45am) I returned and they had not prepared any more of the order. She looked at my order receipt on my phone and proceeded to write ordered items by hand before going back to the kitchen to prepare my order. After waiting cumulatively about 60 min after my scheduled pick up time, she brought food over to the table. I asked if it would be possible to receive a partial refund or a future discount due to the wait. She just told me that I could take my food. (At this point another pair of customers had just entered with similar complaints) I checked the boxes and found that an entree and two tacos were missing (approx. $30 value). I told her this and waited for the rest of my order. After waiting an additional 30 minutes, she brought me two tacos (plain, not the jerk flavored ones ordered) and told me that the entree could not be made today. ($19). I asked her if I could be refunded this. She went to the back and brought me $8 saying that this was all she had. At this point I had been in the restaurant 90 minutes past the scheduled pickup time.
This was my fourth or fifth time ordering here and had been recommending the place to coworkers but I'm afraid this will be my last visit. The whole experience was rather negative (90 min wait time, $30 missing product, incomplete refund) plus no offer by the staff to refund or offer a future discount, etc. Especially for an order that was $137, the service should be better.

Not clear to see subtotal before placing order. Also the fact that i need to make at lease a 50 character statement is poor choice.

Service worked mostly well and it's great to see someone other than the big players like Doordash and GrubHub in the market. It's a little rough-around-the-edges in design and operation but pretty good. Biggest issue was with delivery notification - in the email receipt it doesn't say when delivery is expected and no text notifications were used. The only way I knew when to expect the meal was the browser window immediately after placing the order online. But after placing the order I closed the window, and there was no other means of checking on delivery time estimate in case I forgot. The food still came on time, no actual deliver issues - just a lack of information for follow-up.

Answer: Offers and the number of my local restaurants and their process of after order service, i get text on my order update and doordash postmates drivers are connected to them which means i use Grabull get delivery and discounts but other companies charge upto 18% service fees example Doordash
