I accidentally picked Delivery when I was going to do pickup, and it's too complicated to go back and change it.
Very easy interface, but there's no delivery tracking or text updates as the food is coming. I'm left guessing.
You need to save delivery addresses. I order the same thing to the same place a couple times a month, and shouldn't have to re-type everything each time. Also, text alerts or email notifications for delivery confirmation would be really helpful.

It woukd be nice to be able to track my order. I didn't know whether the order had been accepted by the restaurant and when it was out for delivery. I jeqrd the doorbell ring out of the blue and realized it was my order when I answered the door. I would have preferred to meet the person at the door wothout the doorbell being rang as it was late and it's loud.

Menus hard to navigate, things added to card even when you dont expect it. Basically just not a well design site for usability. I really try to use this if its linked by a restaurant but it so much slower to order than doordash or grubhub, please improve you user experience.

When ordering a pupu platter from fusion taste in Arlington. There is no size to pick from in the app. You must use their website to order then to the spp to place the order.

It's really dishonest to be advertising a certain price at checkout and then charge more than that to my card.
Answer: Offers and the number of my local restaurants and their process of after order service, i get text on my order update and doordash postmates drivers are connected to them which means i use Grabull get delivery and discounts but other companies charge upto 18% service fees example Doordash
