We ordered at 3:40pm for a 5:30pm pickup. Food was not ready until 5:50pm! No apology or acknowledgment.

The pizza is good, this site is not great though, it's like it's made specifically incompetent to make sure the customer's like me are so dedicated to delicious food that we work through the "forgot password" link at EVERY ordering of various variations of calzone's, one of my favorite foods. The order system is a pain in my ass. The calzone at Nick's House of Pizza in Medford, MA (02155) is sooo delicious. Food made with love!
I can never (since creating this account) either enter correct password or reset my password. Typically I would always have to send a text to my phone every time and get a 1 time login link - that whole process was not user friendly.

Bad UI/UX makes the forms extra difficult to use, bad mobile phone design makes the screens shift side to side. Invest in a better coder.

Great exp. But after a few orders of great pizza it would be great to have rewards program or loyalty discount for repeat orders. To be honest, pizza here is much more expensive then small piza in cheap location, but come back for the quality and taste. If reward program would be very good. Thanks you

Answer: Offers and the number of my local restaurants and their process of after order service, i get text on my order update and doordash postmates drivers are connected to them which means i use Grabull get delivery and discounts but other companies charge upto 18% service fees example Doordash
