Was really easy to book and order!

It was great to use the site. Was able to combine the catering and standard food in one order. Catering provided great discounts! It would have been helpful to understand with catering for pizza that there was a minimum of 3 pizza's per flavor. It would have been great to have been able to inform the vendor for the salad catering that we wanted a tray instead of individual meals, I called and had that option applied.
The food was great.

I used Grabull on an iPhone, and through a browser window opened by google maps. The total charge that I was charged on checkout did not match the charge for the items shown in may cart. The total charge was also not shown to me at any stage before the very final page where the 'submit order' button was located. It looks like hidden fees from Grabull may not properly explained or shown fully across all platforms. Just warning people about fees that may not be presented transparently.

The UI is janky, it's not optimized for mobile at all. Then requiring feedback before a 1-2 star may be submitted is weird, then mandating it be at least 50 characters is a clear barrier to entry for bad reviews

Overall if I didn't know the name "Grabull" already by chance I would be worried that this is a scam website. It's the little details that inspire trust. If my mom saw that JSON error she would stop and not order at all.
